The Jaguar vs. Amazon.com

I love The Jaguar. Of all my creations, she's my absolute favorite. She is a pulp-style masked vigilante who uses feminization to punish and persuade her enemies.

She's had a very interesting publishing history too. She first appeared over 10 years ago on Fictionmania in a 1,000 word beginning of a story that I never finished until I published Mask of the Jaguar in 2014. The book was raved about by people who I really respected, but the first version I published had editing marks all through it and the second one wasn't even the final copy. I had to submit it three times. It was a very slow selling book.

Last summer I published The Jaguar: City of Fire and Rage and despite adding a half dozen amazing Annabelle Brito illustrations, it tanked. I didn't care. When you have a labor of love, you pursue it and that's what I did. This past Friday, I published The Jaguar: Birth of a Predator an origin story that conveniently was coming out at the same time as The new Wonder Woman movie.

Then calamity hit, Amazon is not allowing people in the US to buy it due too copyright issues. However, they have yet to explain what copyright issues or reply to any of my attempts to contact them. It's actually doing pretty well in England right now, but I want to sell it in America. I've put a lot of work into promoting what I think is a great book.
