I might go outside and play in the yard by freshening u…moreWhen I find things are not moving fluently with my writing I will walk away from it for a bit. I might go outside and play in the yard by freshening up a garden or splitting some firewood. These activities help to clear my mind. Once my mind is clear I am able to ask the universe for direction or clarification. Asking right before I drift off to sleep seems to do wonders for me as well. (less)
