This Podcast Will Change Your Life - Redux and Re-Release.

In essence MySpace sucks it. They bought imeem and our entire catalog of podcasts disappeared. Gone. Like really gone. After we recovered from the shock though, we thought maybe this is an opportunity, free stuff can be scary and more control would be nice. So, we connected with our new best friends at libsyn and we have now uploaded the entire series into a nice clean platform, with much bandwidth and the opportunity to access the iTunes universe, which is good when world domination is the...

The new edition of This Zine Will Change Your Life is all flowery and just a little yellow. It's also very Lena Judith Drake. Or something like that.

The new edition of This Zine Will Change Your Life is all flowery and just a little yellow. Or something like that. We have a new poem Dandelions by Lena Judith Drake, which we are way excited about, and, as always, photo action from Adam Lawrence, a music selection from Jason Behrends and health care summit love from Pete Anderson. We hope you enjoy this edition and we appreciate all shout-outs and links. We would add that we've decided to open the posts to your comments. Now why we didn't d...

We have been Artistically Declined and we are ever so thrilled about it.

So yes, quite geeked we are to find out that our story "Cool, Not Removed" has been selected for Artistically Declined's stellar 2010 ebook line-up. Many thanks to Ryan Bradley and the crew there, though please note that we have just learned that Ryan Bradley is not actually Ryan Reynolds, which would have been cool, but is ultimately fine since he's no less easy on the eyes when you really take a look.

Kyle Beach rocks the CCLaP.

There is a quite fine podcast at CCLaP with TBWCYL, Inc. favorite and local author Kyle Beachy of The Slide fame that we think you just may want to check out. Why do we think so? Just because.

This Book Will Change Your Life - Twenty Stories by Kristin Fouquet.

Last night we went to the book release party for David Masciotra's new book Working On a Dream: The Progressive Political Vision of Bruce Springsteen. It was awfully fun, with much music, Masiotra supporters, beer and the Jason Fisk, and we will have more about the book and David soon. We promise, but the main reason we are telling you about all this is because the release was in Joliet, yes that Joliet, which meant taking a train, which meant time for writing, sweet, and reading, and we...

Rabbits revisited. Nice.

Check it out, TBWCYL, Inc. favorite J.A. Tyler's story Rabbits which was originally published in This Zine Will Change Your Life has been picked-up for the debut issue of Revisitations, the first journal dedicated to reprints. We are quite proud of J.A. and big fans of this piece, so if you think about it, this really is a win-win for everyone involved.

Free books. Fire Sale. Orange Alert Press. Dispatch Litareview. Walker Townsend. Goodness.

Our good friends at Dispatch Litareview have bought 10 copies of Most Likely You Go Your Way and I'll Go Mine and they have asked Orange Alert Press to give them away. For free. Yes, free. So, besides the fact that they are quite cool, there are books to be given away and Orange Alert is doing do so right now. Yes, like this very moment, so why not check it out. Meanwhile, to get you free book, you will need to do something to earn it, but what's life without a little give and take, yes...

"Ben Tanzer stands up and demands to be noticed in Repetition Patterns." Repetition Patterns gets The Next Best Book Blog'd. And likes it. A lot.

We are quite thrilled to have received a most kind review for Repetition Patterns from our new best friends ever at TNBBC's The Next Best Book Blog. Many thanks to the staff there, please do pay them a visit and for a brief excerpt of the review feel free to take a look below.

"Early on, I started to recognize patterns - the movies the characters watched, the names of places the characters saw or visited, the raw sexual undertones that ravaged their town and their lives. I also became aware...
