Get those creative juices flowing once again.
When something negative/unpleasant of a consequence happens, the source, you tell yourself, is somehow always YOU whereas the reality can be amazingly contradictory.
Trust me! i have been looking for a topic to navigate a post on apart from the aspects of this quarantined life but at the end, it is the only thing eating my mind lately though these days a little more.
i feel - Guilt. Fear. Low confidence. Horror. Shock - just to name a few. The source, i scoured, is the current lifestyle - the quarantined, prison-like life. You are caged and so is your creativity. No matter how hard you try and leap forth to escape, it catches up!
The virus is not only affecting the world outside but it is also infecting the world inside (our minds). So what to do? Since i have been dealing with it since a few days, it was needed that i came up with a plan, the one that works.
i generally find that setting small goals help you get moving. SMALL goals, not big ones. In such troublesome times, all you need is to keep your mind occupied with something positive. You need to keep it in action from time to time so that the state of lethargy doesn't make an appearance. Or at least, not so often. Making small goals attains exactly that - giving mind a purposeful navigation.
Second thing i find useful is, to be disciplined about it. Whatever small goals you make, make sure to achieve them.
Remember, the size of goals is entirely up to YOU, not up to other's definition.
i made a small 7+ minutes video on it yesterday:
Okay, well. YouTube is showing some error. i will try again after some time.
Well, it's still showing error. How about you see it going directly on my channel HERE ?
i am sure i am not the only one who is going through such phase. May be you have too. What did you do to tackle the challenge? How did you get the creative juices flowing once again?
