Do you ever play video games or not really
Back when I was editing Island I got into a year of playing games.
It started as a joke, I’d tell people that if they need me I’ll be drinking Shata and playing DOOM at the internet cafe by my apartment. Eventually the idea of Shata and Doom didn’t sound like a bad way to spend an evening.

I played all the DOOM games I could find– I really liked DOOM 3 but didn’t click as well with the newest DOOM– not enough slow creepy stuff and gateway into hell for my tastes– but I liked how the designs had a Wayne Barlowe look to them.
Then I got into RAGE –which I think needed more of an ending but I loved driving around and throwing wingsticks at people.

DAD space– I loved all the Cthulu cult in space stuff but wished they’d left out the dumb love triangle in the last game. - I don’t wanna have to deal with anyone’s Jealous boyfriend when the fate of humanity is at stake. I was also bad at building my own guns and would bring in help.

The last stuff I was playing was the newer wolfenstein games– which I thought were fantastic. My current computer isn’t good enough to play the new newest but eventually I’ll get to it once everyone else has forgotten it and moved on.

These days I just draw while Alejandra plays Overwatch. It’s not my scene but I like the purple sniper lady and there’s a really good porn manga of it. (that is up here)

I feel like whatever's the current controversy in published comics doesn't reach much farther than people in the industry (indie and non) and their immediate (small and vocal) fanbases. I read tons of comics, I even draw them, and I hang out with people wh
I think that’s pretty accurate. I’ve been feeling so much better since I stepped away from The great comic book war, that is online politics– to just focus on making more comics. (34 pages into my new book-thanks for asking)

Also here is a photo of a fake tree that was used in the 1st world war.

Have you ever designed a tattoo for someone? I feel like your style would be great as a sleeve.
Yeah, a lot of them. My pal JB3 who colored most of Prophet got this one of Beebay from King city on his arm– I wish I had a photo of how it turned out.but it looked nice and it’s always an honor to have people like my work enough to want it forever on their skin.

whatcha workin on atm, brand00n?

(but really my art book and my next series at Image)
Hey bossman, I just wanted to thank you for several years of great comics and helping to inspire me to try making a living at drawing dumbass sex comics like you did way back. You're a cool dude.
Thanks for the message and godspeed on your sex comics career.
I’m planning on someday drawing some more porn comics–maybe when I finally collect my old porn stuff into one book.
