I’m launching a new show on my Twitch entertainment channel. It’s called Absinthe of Art and its a live weekly drink and draw with comic creators. Tonight, our first episode, we are proud to have guests Brandon Graham (Prophet, Island) and Troy Nixey (Harley Quinn).
Each week is a new artist!
I’m gonna head over to Kurtis’s pad soon and make a show with him and Troy. It should be fun.

Since the issue came out, I haven't read anything from Doxy about him dismissing how trans bodies are often depicted solely for sexual reasons in media, or how "PC Culture" is stomping on people "just" wanting to express themselves. I'm surprised actually,
I think a lot of that conversation came out when it was first announced that his work would be in Island. I think it would be a different conversation if his work in Island was something I had issue with.
I certainly think trans bodies only being shown for sexual reasons is a problem. From what I’ve read of his I don’t always agree with what Onta says online but if anything I think open conversation about all of this is the only way to go.

Hey Brandon, loved the new issue of Prophet. Just curious did the novels of Jack Vance influence prophet at all? Both are such vivid world building
I know Simon enjoys Vance’s work, I’ve read less of it myself but have a couple of his books here that I’ve started on. (I’m planning on getting back to
Planet of Adventure sooon)
I know Moebius was a huge Vance fan, so maybe some of it for me is 2nd hand influence.
