Vladimir Alekseevich Chivilikhin Russian writer. Laureate of the State Prize of the USSR (1982). Member of the CPSU since 1952. The family later family moved to the town of Taiga. After high school he entered the Taiga Chivilikhin College locomotive economy. After a short time he worked in the railway technical master in Node. Moved to Chernigov in the Ukraine to the older sister at the end of the Great Patriotic War. This also moved the entire family Chivilikhin. He was a first meeting with the young Chivilikhin, P.D.
