Studii: Academia de Arte Frumoase Bucureşti (1935), clasa prof. Camil Ressu. Şef de lucări la Institutul de Arte Plastice ‘Nicolae Grigorescu’ Bucureşti (1950-1956).

Grafician activ în anii bulversanţi ai instaurării comunismului, Roni Noël a făcut parte din falanga de artişti dedicaţi propagandei noilor idei de luptă ideologică, publicând ilustraţii în majoritatea ziarelor şi revistelor vremii, lucrând afişe cu tematică oficială şi expunând desene şi gravuri de culturalizare politică.

A abordat cu dezinvoltură ilustraţia de carte - romanul sadovenian « Nicoară Potcoavă », « Anna Karenina » de Tolstoi, « Mizerabilii » de Victor Hugo - iar în sfera ilustraţiei pentru copii s-a apropiat de literatura ...more
