It's June and I'm back on the Grid
After a hectic weekend of travel to Phoenix and all over Arizona, I am finally BACK ON THE GRID. :-) I'm exhausted but blissfully happy and have a bunch of great ideas floating in my head after the adventures. Hiking the 23.9 miles and then some of the Rim to Rim of the Grand Canyon will do than to you...
This was from our jaunt to Sedona... beautiful artsy place. I wish we had more time but it just means I'll have to go back! ~ WEEKEND SALE ~

As I promised you, this weekend would bring a rush of surprises and fun for my fans, readers and supporters. I've decided to put Flashpoint on sale this weekend for $0.99 It's a first for me and I think you'll like the new temporary price. Great for gifting copies of Flashpoint and reaching new readers who will enjoy a story about adventure, danger, romance and a dog named Hauk... As some of you might also know, I am currently collaborating with three different groups of authors to put out THREE different anthologies this summer. Hot summer short stories, back to school hot teachers and sexy, suspenseful novellas sure to keep you busy on the beach/vacation reading. I will keep you posted on cover reveals and release dates. If you follow me on Goodreads, you can add the titles to your TBR as well.
In personal news, I'll be running my first ever 50 MILE race this weekend in upstate NY. I plan to keep everyone updated on my progress through FB, Instagram and Twitter feeds. I hear this race has had some bear run-ins in the past, bobcats and "aggressive" porcupines. It's sure to be an adventure and a great time for me to work out some WIPs while traversing the trails. Running is what keeps me grounded and the creative sparks going. I'm excited, nervous and unsure what to expect running a distance like this. Marathons seems so much better and half the distance, right? :-)
I hope y'all enjoy a beautiful weekend with your friends and family as we finally get into the month of May. (AND SOME SUNSHINE, RIGHT?!?!) I pray these bad storms across the country subside and that everyone is safe and doing well. Be good Flashers and don't do anything I wouldn't do! XOXO

~ Almost ~ Summer ~
Hey Flashers -
I am excitied to announce that this summer will bring three new short stories/novellas into your hungry little paws written by me. I am so blessed to be lucky enough to be working with a fan-effing-tastic group of women on three unique projects which will showcase a number of talented rockstar authors. So if you love HOooootttt!! Teachers, Sexy Summer stories and suspense that will keep you up all night wondering if you'll ever sleep again, then these anthologies are for you.
In other news, I've been crazy busy writting, plotting and marketing to bring these projects as well as a full length Reed Series novel to you before summer ends. That's right!! BEFORE summer ends. I won't lie it's been crazy. Home life has been in upheaval but things are slowly begining to come to terms with my insanity which is authorship and find a balance between all of this. Seriously though I could not do that without you, my readers, my fans and my biggest supporters. As a thank you I'm planning a special surprise. It's coming this weekend and I hope you'll like it. :-)

As Kinley and Miller’s connection deepens, Kinley feels like she can truly be herself without the internal scrutiny she’s developed in the shadow of her sister. But when Kinley inadvertently uncovers a terrible secret at the camp, Miller is left facing the demons of his own reasons for coming to Lake Hollis.

Danielle, WHY did you decide to change your covers? Did you not like your old ones? Oh no! I LOVED my old covers. I wish I didn't have to change them. Sadly, the images are stock images, which means anyone and everyone can use the same image as me. And they have. I have seen no less then nine covers in the last year with the cover I used for PULLED since 2011! It just got to the point where I didn't like seeing my cover with a different title on it. Haha. So, I got a a photographer and a few willing models and we did a shoot. At first I wasn't sure how they would look, but after playing around with the edges and wording, I fell in love with them. Since you had the ultimate say in the photos, what feeling were you trying to get out of them? Well, for Pulled, I wanted to show Naya with her boyfriend, Seth. I wanted to see his fingers digging into her flesh, so I tried to make that the focal point of the image. I'm hoping it is subtle, but I wanted that to be on the cover. That possessiveness. For Pulled Back, there is a tenderness that I wanted to capture, but also a sense of waiting for the other shoe to drop. You know those moments when things are just going along too well? That's what I was trying to get with that one. And Pulled Back Again, well, that other shoe drops. Ha! Where can people get your books?
