Guerrilla Marketing – Wave 1
Who wants to get in on some guerrilla marketing–and get something cool in return? Here’s how it works: I’m going to mail 25 – 30 Saltwater Witch posters to five people. They will arrive in a tube packed with everything you need to spread the word: posters, cards, thumbtacks, a few surprises (a signed full sized print and other stuff), and all of it packed with a handful of blue-raspberry saltwater taffy (Kassandra’s favorite). Where should the posters go, you ask? Anywhere. Ideally they would go on a wall where people would see them, a bookstore, campus board, telephone poles, taped to the window of your car, but if you just want to hand them out to your friends, go for it.

How do you get a Saltwater Witch Guerrilla Marketing Kit? First, you have to live somewhere in this world with a postal address. Second, leave a comment, say “I want one” or tell me what you think you would do with 30 posters, and don’t forget to spread the word. I’ve left Typepad after almost nine years
I started blogging with relative frequency in 2004, and that’s when I opened a Typepad account. It’s been good, but I really want everything consolidated on my site, SaltwaterWitch.com–wanted it here for a while, but just getting around to it. So, here it is, half my Typepad posts imported into my new blog at http://www.SaltwaterWitch.com/blog
I may not import the first half, roughly 2004 – 2008, at least not until I go through it and see if it’s worth putting back up!
