Chemical Chaos takes 11th Place out of 198

I quickly scanned the list of the top ten winners of the writing contest, and when I didn't see the two words I wanted to see...Chemical Chaos, I congratulated the winners and went on. Then, a few days later, I received the judges review of my entry and Chemical Chaos won 11th place out of 198 entrants. Happy? VERY!

From the scoring, it seemed one judge just didn't care for the genre, which I completely understand.

It only seemed right that Chemical Chaos won 11th place. After all, it is an 11th hour, apocalyptic thriller, laced with the mystery of the four blood moons of 2014-15.

Now, back to work on editing Sword of Caleb, Book Two of the Blood Moon Series.

CHEMICAL CHAOS, Book One of the Blood Moon Mystery Giveaway

The newspapers and headlines are full of pictures of the blood moon that occurred today, in the early morning hours. In the west, I was able to watch it change at 11:30 pm to 12:30 am and it was really mesmerizing!
My novel, "Chemical Chaos, Book One of the Blood Moon Series," begins with today's blood moon and involves the next three blood moons, called a tetrad, which occur in 2014 and 2015. Go to my website to view the dates: http://rkmcwilliams.com
Traditionally, many cultures believe that events in the celestial skies are signs of things to come. These aren't just any blood moons - they all fall on a Jewish holiday, which may make them significant. We don't know, but it is very curious to watch and see.
"Chemical Chaos" is a chilling apocalyptic thriller, with a mixture of blood moon mystery and a sword that comes to the world through chemicals gone out of control at the hand of man. In celebration of the first blood moon, I will be hosting a giveaway of "Chemical Chaos, Book One," starting today. So, sign up and hopefully you will win a book and "Turn the page . . . jump in" to the mystery.Chemical Chaos
