After struggling so much to figure out how I wanted these...
After struggling so much to figure out how I wanted these character illustrations to look, and a dozen half-finished pieces, I just sat down today and—in one sitting—drew all three of them in one day.
Once again, I’m reminded that you just have to keep going. No matter what. 🤞

After much messing about, I think the best way to emulate the texture is actually to add a layer of noise, make it real crunchy, and then set it to color burn with lowish opacity. 🤓

He works part-time at Cami’s venue and likes to spend his days off skating around town, enjoying the California sun~ ☀️
