Podcast part 2: Excerpts from Relationship Impossible
Listen to another exciting excerpt reading of my recently released book, “Relationship Impossible”.
UPDATE: The paperback is on the way to Amazon in 4-6 weeks and then in August the paperback will make it’s way to Barnes and Noble dot com.
Here’s the lowdown on dating sites: Every dating site has an algorithm that they use in matching people together. It is not “fate” that helps you meet the person, it is artificial intelligence. Match and the other apps use the same type of recommendation system used by Netflix or Facebook, taking your past behaviors (and the behavior of others) into account to predict what you’ll like next. Sam Darnold is Finally in Position to Succeed
Let’s make one thing clear: There are still those doubters out there that STILL decide to argue with me on Sam Darnold as recent as last week.
So for your reading pleasure here’s the reason WHY Sam is going to be the franchise QB he was destined to become but instead of it being the Jets, it’s the Carolina Panthers.
Quality receivers can elevate the play of a decent quarterback. Which teams put their quarterback in the best position to win? Tampa Bay boasts an elite mix of playmakers and one of the best defenses in football. That’s exactly what drew Brady to the team in the first place. A supporting cast. A quarterback’s supporting cast, or ecosystem, is crucial for success, especially when it comes to extracting top-notch production out of non-elite quarterbacks. Perhaps more than ever, passing production is dependent on playmakers, blockers and play callers as the NFL has made passing easier than ever.
The league is filled with mid-tier quarterbacks who may only be separated by their supporting casts. For example, The Bills have done a great job of building their offense over the last two years, adding numerous pieces along the offensive line and at the skill positions. Last season, the additions of wide receivers John Brown and Cole Beasley worked wonders for Allen’s production on throws up to 20 yards, as they combined for 1,838 yards while Brown’s speed had to be respected as a downfield threat. The addition of WR Stefon Diggs gives the Bills a trio with fantastic route running at all levels of the field and perhaps the best top three wide receivers in the league. Then there is the opposite with Sam Darnold. While the other teams have added plenty of offensive talent over the last two years, the Jets still have plenty of question marks at both the skill positions and up front. The Jets patched together an offensive line a year ago, but they failed to support Darnold with quality players at TE and WR. Yes they had Bell, but Gase was the real reason that was not successful. A good coach gets the best out of its players regardless of talent. A bad coach gets zero. Everyone who follows football understands talent is extremely important. Likewise, all observers of the sport realize that when two teams have equal talent, the team with the better coaching will usually wins. Darnold is smart, talented and has good presence on the field and in the huddle. He’s now surrounded by WRs and an elite RB.
Joe Brady has some of the same play schemes that Sam did at USC and w/Bates his first year. As long as he showcases Sam’s strengths he’s gonna be fine. All Gase did was highlight his weakness and took away his chance at audibling. Gase also never made any transitions. Gil Brandt, who is an NFL analyst, said that Sam Darnold and DJ are a top 4 new QB and WR duo this season. This is what he said “Robby Anderson will ease new quarterback Sam Darnold’s transition to Carolina, given that Anderson was a favored target of Darnold’s in 2018 and ’19, when both players were with the Jets. And you couldn’t ask for a better pass-catching option coming out of the backfield than a newly healthy Christian McCaffrey, who twice set a single-season record for receptions by a running back (in 2018 and again in 2019) before losing much of 2020 to injury.”
Darnold has a great chance to build a great relationship with D.J. Moore, who is coming off a second straight 1,000-yard season. Moore figures to be a key deep threat for Darnold, given that he ranked third in the NFL in yards on deep targets (440) in 2020, finishing third in yards per deep target (18.3) and catch rate above expectation on deep targets (+16.9%) among those with 20-plus such targets, per Next Gen Stats” And let’s not forget about Anderson too.
He’s never had a Christian McCaffrey. He’s never had an elite receiver, he’s never had depth at wide receiver. Heck the Jets still have these issues this season. Bottom line, even with the improvements the Jets have made on the offensive side of the ball, it’s still impossible to ignore the holes that remain. Mix in an unproven rookie quarterback—upside aside—and their offense could struggle consistently in 2021. (And folks STILL think Sam Darnold was the problem.)
Here’s the main reason why Sam will succeed: experience. He’s got the experience, he’s only 24years-old, he’s battled through it all.

Get To Know Me
When you are on social media as I am, people tend to “think” they know you based on what you post and how you say things. That of course is a BAD way to actually get to know someone.
Here are 7 things about me, that you may or may not know and another excerpt from my upcoming book that is going to be released Friday, June 5th.
7 Random Things about Stephanie Dolce
My favorite flower are daisies. They are the most friendliest flower. I am an Auntie to a nephew who is 5 and a niece who is almost 3. I have a big immediate family. Including cousins, if we all were sitting together that would be close to 40 of us! The beach is my favorite place to be ever- it doesn’t matter where the beach is as long as there is one.I played softball and basketball growing up and also danced. I listen to Jazz music when I write and work. It’s very soothing and inspiring. I trained the squirrels in my backyard to knock on the door when they want peanuts. I feed them every morning. Sometimes I am “late” so they come to door and knock to tell me!I will post 7 other random things about me in the next post, but in the meantime, here’s part of my upcoming book…. a short excerpt.
Here’s the breakdown for my new book, “Relationship Impossible”

Dating apps are no different than social media apps these days either. Guys pull the same shit on both of them. With the pandemic, there’s another layer of expectations and judgment.
In one corner you had some folks who were proponents of staying inside and minimizing contact with other people while in the other corner you had people who were traveling everywhere like there’s nothing going on.
Since folks were missing many of our everyday interactions, like socializing at the office or going out with friends, people turned to dating apps to wipe away the feelings of isolation and loneliness.
But Covid was no excuse for men to behave like pigs on social media and on dating apps. Most took advantage of this situation and more and more women were being violated online then ever before!
With everyone now working from home, the toxic workplace environment moved online. This generally refers to when a person with some form of power, such as a manager, uses it to target another individual and cause mental harm. Working from home has blurred the line between professional and personal behavior. Thanks to all the technology today, there are many online tools that are used to harass women.
Online sexual harassment falls in two categories:
Under the first category, the victim receives emails, texts or instant messages that contain sexually explicit words or photos from their harasser. The harasser may proposition the victim or send inappropriate images or videos of themselves or others.
The second category of online sexual harassment includes behaviors such as:
Comments or rumors about the victim’s sexualityComments or rumors about the victim’s sexual activitiesSharing sexually explicit photos without consentUsing sexual or gender-based derogatory terms to describe the victimPeople may post this content on their social media pages or online forums or send it to others via email, text message or other digital application. While “traditional” sexual harassment usually involved one perpetrator and one or more victims, online sexual harassment may include numerous folks ganging up on one victim. Here’s where it gets tricky.

Excerpt From “Relationship Impossible” – part 1
Abuse isn’t always obvious. Here are some red flags that everyone reading this should know and note:
Call you names and put you down Call or text you throughout the day to check on you Keep you from friends or family Control your $ Threaten to hurt you, himself/herself, your pet or loved one Hit, Kick, Push, Punch, Slap, Pinch, Choke or Bite you Destroy property or throw things Tell you who you can see or what job you can have Tell you how to dress Act overly jealous Withhold medication or health care Make you have sex or do sexual acts that you don’t want to do Threaten to “out” you if you are gay or lesbian Constantly criticize Embarrass you Blame you for everything – including the abusive behavior What usually happens after this happens the first time is that the victim makes statements like: “My partner isn’t violent all the time – they love me” “Things will get better – they didn’t mean it” “Maybe it’s my fault” “I’m scared of what will happen if I leave them” And the abuse continues. Remember, most relationships start off with each person acting their best and seeing the other with rose-colored glasses. It never starts off on an abusive note.-I discuss this more in my new book, “Relationship Impossible” which can be preordered now on Amazon. Click here to order now!
More excerpts to come!

The Wait Is Over!
The wait is OVER! Pre-order #Ebook form only: “Relationship Impossible”
What people don’t realize about dating apps in general is that you need a lot of swipes to get a match, a lot of matches to get a number, a lot of numbers to get a date and a lot of dates to get a third date.
Dating sites are good at baiting people to try them out. They lie about how many active members they truly have, use fake profiles….. But, remember, just because it is popular, doesn’t mean it actually works!
In this book, we will divide in, head first, on the hook-up culture, dating apps, social media, and also discuss some serious topics such a dating violence, gaslighting, ghosting, stalking, and more.
We will also discuss professional athletes and their use of social media and dating apps.

Menstrual Cycles and Covid
If you are a woman who still gets her period and you noticed a shift in your cycle, you aren’t alone. Many women have taken to social media and asked their followers/friends if they are experiencing what they are.
Some women after receiving their first Covid vaccine ( including me) have seen a difference in their cycles…. even dealing with Covid Stress before the getting the vaccine has had an effect on their menstrual cycles.
Menstruation is a complex process, which can be influenced by many factors, such as environmental changes, stress, sleep and some medications. The lining of the uterus, is considered to be an active part of the immune system. When your immune system is ramped up because you’re vaccinated or sick, you may experience changes in how the endometrium reacts. ( As one OBGYN pointed out)
There are some things you can do if you are experiencing changes in your cycle:
If you have pain, take anti-inflammatory over-the-counter medications.A heating pad or hot bath can ease menstrual cramps.Psychological stress can impact your flow, so try your best not to get over stressed by doing yoga, meditating, exercising and getting a good night’s sleep. If your period is out of whack for a couple cycles, then please contact your doctor.
