Chocolate Covered Popcorn & Present Time Popcorn Bowl GIVEAWAY
Super easy, delicious recipe. My family can never wait for the chocolate to harden. I always find little chocolate fingerprints all over my fridge. I thought everyone knew how to do this, but after having so many people asking how I made it, I decided to share.
You will need:
2 bags popped microwave popcorn
1 bag milk chocolate baking chips
Directions:
Pop the popcorn, 1 bag at a time, per directions, set aside to cool a bit.
In a medium size microwave glass bowl, add the baking chips, microwave 30 seconds, remove and stir. Keep doing this every 30 seconds until it is melted. (it took 1 minute for me)
On a foil lined cookie sheet, place the popcorn on the cookie sheet, but be sure not to get any kernels. Using a fork drizzle melted chocolate over the popcorn until it is all used.
Place in the fridge for ½ hour, check if the chocolate is hardened, if not leave in until it is. Once it is hardened, break up and serve.
