Value of Food
Value of Food Me, my friends Vineetha and Induprabha went to “Thiruvannamalai” temple in Tamil Nadu. It was believed that when a person circumambulate the mountain on a full moon day their wish will be fulfilled. We all decided to fast and circumambulate the mountain which is approximately 16 KM. Vineetha prayer was to get a very good husband. Induprabha was in love with a guy for almost 8 years and she is badly fighting for her parents to approve her marriage. Her prayers was for her parent’s approval for her marriage with her lover.
After 4 hours of walk, we started feeling very tired and weak. We felt some one pinching the stomach. It stared to rumble and realized that we all damn hungry. It started to pain and experienced head ache and vomiting sensation. With god's grace we reached the temple, but found a big queue. We could clearly sense that it will take minimum 2 hours for the queues to move out. Neither we could come out or move further. We got struck between the queues. We all wanted something to eat at that moment. But, didn't had any other option other than starving. The queues moved very slowly, we finished Dharshan after few hours and then we had food. It tasted like heaven.
At that point of time, I realized the value of hungry. All our problems of being single, not getting married, for not being in relationship vanished. We in-fact changed our profile picture to the below.

Childers beg, lie or steal due to hunger. If you find a child showing their tiny hands towards you or knocking your car window shield for money just don’t neglect. Call 1098 and inform them. They take them, offer education, food and stay. Teach the kids about their rights. Offer them a quality education, which will help them survive in future. Creating more employment opportunity in rural areas, so that parents have enough money to offer good food for their kids. Reduce Population. Improve the awareness of family planning and encourage 2 kids per family. Severe action against owner for employing child, when they appoint kids for work. How can we contribute to eliminate hunger?
As an individual let’s try to follow this:

I am going to #BlogToFeedAChild with Akshaya Patra and BlogAdda.

Pre-Marital Sex - Yes or No
Pre-Marital Sex - Yes or No In my grandparent’s generation, a girl talking to a boy was considered immortal. Whereas in my parent’s generation, a guy talking to a girl was acceptable but love marriages were treated to be sin. Whereas in my generation i.e, at present, love marriages are welcomed by our parents. But the term “living together”, “Dating” and “Pre-Marital Sex” are considered as taboo. The below three picture would describe the cultural growth of three generations.
My Grandparents Generation
My Parents Generation..
The Next Generation...
I was shuddered, when I spoke to my little sister today who is just 19 years old. I also understood that generation gap was not between me and my parents but it was between me and my sister. I am 26 years old and my sister Ishani is 19 years old and she just entered college.
This was the question I asked her after a long hesitant, "What you think of Pre-marital Sex? Are you for it or against it?” I thought she would be embarrassed at such question. But, in-turn she comforted me and wiped my shyness to hear her answers.
With confident she replied, “I don’t think it’s bad as long as they get married. I would not be comfortable about it when it’s with a guy whom I know for a small time. But, if it is someone whom I have known for a long time then there comes the matter of trust. If I can trust him, maybe I would not mind having it with him”
I appreciated her for being candid and I am a person who don’t cling to the old believes. I don’t have any wrong opinion on people who go for dating, live together and have sex before marriage. Because it’s their freedom and as long as they don’t hurt anyone’s feelings, “whom are we to judge them or pass some critics?” But on the other hand, according to me my answer is a Big “NO” to pre-marital sex. Because, there are chances of promises about marriage getting broken up after sex. So in those cases, the girl gets treaded upon by her own feelings. Then there comes the look of society upon her as a “bitch”. Also, I studied in a Christian school which preached premarital sex is a sin and the environment I brought up was with full of morals and values. They taught me sex is meant only after marriage and their teachings were nailed up in each and every cell of mine.
A women should be matured enough to judge or select her partner. Even if a women is matured enough to select the Mr.Right, Circumstance can turn 180 degree and the partner may leave you for any personal, health or financial problem. Ask yourself this question 100 times, what if he finds a better person than you, or maybe he was with you just for sex? Or things were not working out and announce a call off? In the case of break-up, its only women go to a deep depression.
Sex is a beautiful gift from nature that takes the love life of a partner to the next level by developing a deep companionship. But when it is done before marriage, it may bounce back the other way. It may develop a hatred feeling towards partner in case of any minute break-up. Love is to enjoy the emotional bonding between the couple whereas, marriage is to enjoy the physical bonding between couple.
As per me, the right age to talk about Sex has to be after 24. Pre-marital sex comes with a package of fear of pregnancy, fear of break-up. When you love someone truly and unconditionally, you wait for them. Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet. It may be difficult to stop yourself from getting intimate with the partner whom you love the most. But when you wait till the marriage, it really takes you to the next level. And as a women, the best gift you a women can gift for a life partner would be the "virginity" and as a men, the best gift you can give to your lover would be stopping herself from facing unwanted pregnancy and guilt.

5 interesting places I would like to visit
5 interesting places I would like to visit
I am a person who loves to travel a lot and explore new places. It helps to connect me with nature and rejuvenate myself. New Year is round the corner and its time to make the Wish list (Travel list) for 2015.
In 2015, I would like to Visit 5 interesting places that I always dreamed about.
Chadar Trek (Zanskar Trek) - Frozen River/Zanskar River
Chadar Trek would be the defaulter in the bucket list of every aspiring trekker. I am really sort of words to describe about the beauty and charm of this river during January. I have had explored Beach trekking, trekking in deep rain forest, Night trekking, full moon day beach trekking, But a Trek on Frozen river?
Source- travel.paintedstork.comFrom the moment I heard "trekking on a Frozen River", my soul fell in love with it without my knowledge. Its repeated discussion with my co-trekkers made me to long for this. This trekking is best only during the month of January, since only during that time, the Zanskar River freezes down to ice. It’s the most challenging trek and adventurous trek with duration of 8 Nights/9 Days covering a total distance of 105 km. The temperature would be around 15 to 20 degrees (during the day) and -25 to -35 degrees (during the night). My friends told me that, the tea gets frozen off as soon as they take if off from the fire make it hard to difficult to drink. Sounds so thrilling right? And yes, I had already booked my flights tickets and have planned for it during 16 Jan 2015 to 24 Jan 2015
Wondering why the name Chadar? It means thick blanket of the snow. Counting my days to trek on the snow blanket!!!
Boston, United States:
Source - http://www.runnersworld.com/If Chadar trek is a dream destination for all passionate trekkers, participating at-least once in Boston Marathon would be life-time achievement for all athletes. The Boston Marathon is one of the oldest and prominent race in united states and in order to qualify to run in Boston Marathon, a person should meet their previous record of 3hrs 35min 00sec in their gender and age category. For my gender and age category it is record of 3hrs 35min 00sec, which is equal to a pace of 8:50 per mile. Registration has been already opened for the year 2015 and it’s scheduled on the Massachusetts Patriots’ Day i.e. April 20, 2015.
I would be so pleased if I get a chance to participate in Boston Marathon once in my life time, if not at-least once I should visit Boston to see and encourage those veterans running.
Mount Kilimanjaro
still from the movie Robot It’s in my bucket list to visit at least ONE of the Seven Wonders of the World before I die. Among the Seven Wonders of the World (new list), my first preference would be Mount Kilimanjaro which is otherwise called as Machu Picchu, Peru. Why not Taj Mahal or Great Wall of China? Why am I specific about this world wonder? It’s because of the 2 reasons; first it’s the highest mountain in Africa. Second, I loved it from the time, Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai danced for the song Kilimanjaro in the movie Robo(Enthiran). The complete “Kilimanjaro” was shot in Mount Kilimanjaro and the picturesque mountain attracted me. This is also called as Mountain of Light
Melbourne:
I am yet to find the reason for falling in love with Melbourne. My favorite pet is Penguin. I love its goofiest look and it’s so cute. I love watching them swimming and its jump into the air are just amazing. I know in Melbourne there is a dedicated place for penguin named "Penguin Parade". Then I wanted to visit “Healesvile Sanctuary” and explore the animals that I had seen only in Animal Planet and Discovery channel. Last but not least, I wish to visit Eureka Sky deck 88 and wanted to view the inspiring Melbourne in all 380 degree angles.
Leshan Giant Buddha, China
Source - Wikipedia
I am a big fan of Buddha and follow his quotes. From my childhood, I have a huge collection of Buddha Statue and madly wanted to visit all Buddhist temples. If Kashi and Rameswaram are the holy and dream place for Hindus as a Buddha Follower I want to visit Leshan Gaint Buddha. This place has a 71-metre giant stone statue of Buddha with a bright smile on Buddha. So, I want to see Buddha with a height of 71-Metre.
There is one more in my wish list in other words I would say my die-hard desire, which is incredible and that cannot be clubbed with the above wishlist. That' Hiroshima and Nagasaki city in Japan.
Hiroshima and Nagasaki city in Japan:
When I was in school, History was always a boring subject and one can always see me sleeping in the class. But for one of the History lecture, I was completely awake and after reaching home I goggled to learn a lot about it. That's the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The explosion has washed out 2 cities, killing many people. I just closed my eyes and prayed god when I read another dreadful statement. “Still people have an effect due to the radiation exposure.”
I followed regularly about Hiroshima and Nagasaki from that day and now I am so proud to see their growth. One best example would be the large automobile industry Mitsubishi is in Nagasaki. I want to explore both the city Hiroshima and Nagasaki, meet the Japanese people, understand their culture, their positive attitude in coming up after such a tragedy incident.

Write your own Tribute
Write your own Tribute
I was reading the book, "You Can Be Happy" by Daniel Freeman & Jason Freeman and in
the chapter, "WRITE YOUR OWN TRIBUTE" the author prompts a sensible question, "Imagine that you are coming to the end of your life. What would you like to have achieved? How would you wish to be remembered?"
My curiosity arose and it did not stop me from asking few of my friends. Here are the amazing answers given by my friends.
Nachi, A Blogger
Same way as Charles Dickens.
Drupa -
I would like to be remembered as someone who dared to dream, and also managed to achieve his dream.....I don't want to be remembered as a loser who dared to dream....I am scared of that.....
Ramya:
As what I was. Straight forward and caring person. Someone whom they try to
reach when they are in terrible days (And I completely agree with Ramya, she is a person whom we can knock her door at 3.00 in the midnight and scream out our problems :P )
Ashay, Organizer, Bangalore Hikers
Never Imagine.
Karthick Doss(Actor,Director and Cinematographer)
A good father, good husband, good son and a good friend. Simple!!
Viji Akka :
Organ donation.. I don't think anybody would remember you for life, for whatever u may!!! But definitely, they would remember me by my organs.
Rahini, Student
I'll want people to talk about me as someone very courageous caring loyal lovable and loved life to the fullest
Abhijeet
I've had Lotz of bad experiences in my life yaaar which was fault of others, in-spite of being honest. I want them to remember on my honesty & sincerity
Saranya, Mother of a Beautiful Kid
I would like to be remembered as a good human being by others not by the money I am having or resources I am having....I want to be remember as Saranya....that’s it da. I want to get good name to my parents and i should get good education, good job, limited money at last and least peaceful life
Santhosh, Software Techie
I would not want to remember me by all people. Rather I would like to remember by the people who are close to me at least and achievement is something which is not quantifiable, so my achievement would be winning a permanent place at people heart who is close to me.
Deepa, Lecturer, Oxford Engineering College
I want people to remember as a girl who was there when they needed or as a normal girl who is down to earth. Just want people around me to be happy. That's all
My Little brother Vignesh:
I will donate my organs
And finally here is my answer.
An optimistic, charming and a loving daughter. Always smiling and a person whom we would love to be around.

Why Bigger is better for Indian Aviation
Lufthansa A380 - The largest commercial aircraft in history is flying to Delhi!!!
Hooray!!!
Like every one, I am a proud Indian to welcome the Lufthansa A380 with the launch of daily flights on the Delhi - Frankfurt route. I wish Lufthansa a great success and whole heartedly wish for its bigger growth and success in India.
“Why Bigger is better for Indian Aviation?” A rapid question trigged in my mind and here are my views.
More Employment opportunitiesReduce pollution/Fuel UsageReduce Road Accidents: Fastest mode of Transportation Travel ConvenientlyBest way while travelling with Babies
More Employment opportunities:
When I was a kid, I always dreamed about becoming Air Hostess. I have seen Air Hostess always with a noble English proficiency, positive attitude and a lovely personality. The basic qualification of Air Hostess also demanded sense of accountability and interactive skills. Since the job demanded such an amusing talent and train them towards it, I always loved to be trained for such a good human nature.
On the other hand, my younger brother Kavin loves to work with air-line technology, research on maps and 3D visual displays. All these challenges were a package in Pilot profession and he was passionate to become pilot.
But till 2013, there were only 371 flights in India and the vacancy to the post for Pilot or Air Hostess was very nominal.
There were lots of doctors, teachers, lawyers, Software profession in each and every house. But Pilots, Stewards are very low. In order to increase number of Pilots and Stewards in India, Lufthansa should play a vital role in bringing more number of A380 flights and contribute a lot for a bigger Indian Aviation.
Reduce pollution/Fuel Usage:
With the growth of population every day, the usage of cars, Bus, 2-wheelers and the consumption of fuel, gas and diesel is increasing day by day resulting in producing excess of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide in atmosphere. Over twenty percent of the global warming is caused due to the vehicle pollution. We can’t avoid the usage of vehicles, but can significantly decrease by introducing more number of A380 Passengers flights and encouraging people to use flights more.
Reduce Road Accidents:
About 16 people die and 58 are injured every hour in India due to road accidents and India has the highest number of road accidents in the world. The best way to reduce accidents is to introduce more passenger airlines and encourage people to prefer flights when travelling from city to city.
A380 - the world's largest passenger airliner has 98 Business Class seats and 98 Economy Class seats with personal televisions and 420 seats on the main deck. Lufthansa also offers flights at low fares and very cheap last minute offers. So Lufthansa needs to launch non-stop A380 flights to and from major cities and inspire citizens to reduce usage of personal vehicle and opt for flights.
Fastest mode of Transportation
In the movie "Enthiran(Tamil) Robo in Telugu and Robot in Hindi, the Robo will scan and read all the magazines, Telephone Directory book in a fraction of second. As a normal person we would have imagined how good it would be, if we are capable of reading or doing a task in very minimal time. To some extent, it’s possible; Yes Lufthansa A380 makes it possible.
For example, Bangalore to Coimbatore is 364 km, which would probably take 8 hours of journey in car or bus. But in flight, you can reach the destination in less than 45 minutes.
Travel Conveniently:
With its first class look and elegant feel, as a passenger the convenient method would be flight. The first class technology and its amazing interiors make us feel like travel in a heaven. More than all, we get a chance to skip waiting in bored traffic signals, avoid hearing the horrifying horn sounds and nasty pollution.
Best way while travelling with Babies:

Any mother would say the challenges faced when they have a baby during their travel. Kids get maddened sitting in a same place for so long and they end up screaming and crying. But the truth is “Baby loves travelling”. It’s in our hands, to make them comfort, in order to make them enjoy the journey. Special baby beds are available for infants in Lufthansa flights. They in fact have video games specially designed for babies. The Bassinets facility and also less travel time would make baby enjoy the journey like an angel.

The Power of Indian Voice, to Clean My Mother India.
The Power of IndianVoice, to Clean My Mother India.
I am Deepika from a small village near Namakkal, TamilNadu. My home is enclosed with greenery plants and a river stream flowing across the side. The Metropolitans envy about the fresh air available in village which is free from pollution. City people also think that, village people get very fresh vegetables from their own farm and fresh water. On the other side, Villagers used to envy about the city life - gigantic Malls, yummy foods like KFC, Burgers and Pizzas, night out life’s, well constructed roads, talented independent females. But I would like to pen down a sensitive issues in both village and City.
When I was a kid, I believed water had more colors than rainbow. Every day, I observed water flowing in variety of colors, Red, green, black, brown, grey, sometimes mixture of 4 to 5 colors. It was always a hot topic among the kids to discuss about color of water flowing that particular day. But as I grew mature, realism hurt to my core. I came to know that water is colorless and the color of water is due to the chemical industry’s sewage getting mixed up in river water. Of course, they don’t have a license to mix the drainage water in river, but the industry guys mix it during the night time making it unaware to the people. Police and politicians are aware of this, but it remains as news still now. No step has been taken to stop it.
People wash their cows, dogs, clothes in the river water polluting the absolute river. For bathing or for cleaning the shit, their only source was river water. Government had constructed toilets for the village people. But these village guys prefer going toilets ONLY in the open area, contaminating the complete surrounding area. People shit in the pathway and outside the house causing a putrid smell. Every morning while going to school, I have to pass by seeing the dirt and smelling it.
I dreamed about city life, thinking this kind of non-sense does not exist there. Days passed and I got a job in Bangalore. I felt double excited, thinking that City and white collared people are matured, decent and they don’t pollute the environment as in village. But reality proved me wrong. City life was cursed with different state.
“Bangalore city Junction” the board in the railway station brought a big smile on my face. But when I stepped out of the railway station, my ears were hurt to the core with the horn sounds caused by the Auto, Bus and cab drivers. My eyes were pleased with the big malls and fantastic infrastructure of the building. But my eyes were miserable to see the polluted environment and for a second I suffered from Asthma due to the vehicle pollution.
My flats have three colored waste separation bin for disposal. One for plastics bottles, one for degradable items like paper, the other for aluminium. But I never saw people separating the items and disposing. The worst part, I observed people staying in the sixth floor throwing the waste items from the balcony to the ground.Neither city nor village is not so clean as we think. If villagers are polluting the environment in one way, City people the other way. People split their saliva on roads, and in subway walls. People driving in car; just throw their finished water bottles, biscuits cover, and cigarette ashtray through window without bothering the well fare of the other travelers.
Source - Wikimedia.orgFew months before, I went to a Government hospital for donating blood and saw a pathetic condition. All the injections, cotton pads with bloods, napkin pads, used medicine were accumulated in a corner which may provide a cause for many dangerous diseases. People in hospitals, will be already sick and their immunity will be low.
This accumulated environment is sure going to worsen the health of the patients. Beaches, Lakes and Nature gifted hills, trekking places are spoiled entirely with plastic covers, beer and wine bottles by trekkers. I am not only writing the post just to criticize. But as a citizen of India, I have created a non-profit organization and every week end I am inviting all my friends and volunteers for a social activity like Clean up drive in all lakes, trekking places, hospital and schools and also spreading awareness program. It’s sad to say that we have collected 40 tons of garbage from beaches.

Bring Back the Touch Parachute Advansed Body Lotion
I was waiting for my office cab. Usually it arrives by share 7.45. But today it was 8.15, and the cab has not arrived.
Did I miss the cab? Thoughts floated in my mind. I took my mobile out from my handbag to call my transport team.
Suddenly my mobile flashed. I had revived a message from my transport team, “The cab pickup will be delayed by 1 hour due to a break down. ~ Regards Transport Team”
I decided to visit a coffee shop and have some coffee and spent time over there until my cab comes. That decision changed my life. If that decision was not made, I must have not met him. I took the corner sheet of the coffee shop to have some privacy and got engrossed into a magazine. After 5 minutes, the waiter placed Cappuccino which I had not ordered at all. He understood my mind voice through my expression and pointed out a guy at the other corner and said, “MAM, he has placed the order for you”
Oh my god, it was Vivek, whom I thought I should never meet him in my life time. I deliberately avoided his contact and moved to different city so that he will not know about my whereabouts. But how on earth did he found me? I am sure, it was a coincident and another thing is also for sure, he is not going to leave me again.I took my handbag and started to move out of the shop. I walked as fast as I could to catch an auto.
“zrrrrrrrrrrrr” a bike stopped in front of me.
“Akanksha, Please listen to me for 5 minutes..Please”
I accelerated my speed to catch a bus, so as to avoid him. The crowd on road came forward to help me.
Vivek managed the crowd to go away and again he looked deep into my eyes.
When I was about to make a move, an auto was about to hit me and Vivek in a fraction of second held my hand and pushed me aside.
The touch took me back to 5 years. The day he held my hand and said, “Love you”. The day he touched my hand and exchanged the engegementring and the day he took mansaultur and exchanged the garland.
Four years of love, one year of marriage. REcolleced my memories between vivek and me. His passion for dance has brought a break between us. It was completely vivek’s decision to leave me and purse his passion. I just agreed to his wish blindly and with pain with one condition that he should never ever come back for sorry and I should never meet him in my life time
His hands were still holding me. HE continued, “Akanksha , I missed you so much. This one year of separation has taught me so much. I need you back. I searched a lot for you. But you have cut my contact. Will you give me one last chance to reignite the spark of love between us? he went out of voice His Sensational touch relived a lot. His one year struggle of life without me. His touch did not allow me to act more. His touch did nt allow me to hide my emotions. I did not check the environment. I just hugged him and he hugged me back. That touch and hug was the best till my date..

"Toilet for Babli"
Toilet for BabliWe were all waiting in the meeting room for Varun Mittal, the producer of the TV show “Satyamev! Satyamev!! Satyamev!!!”. I know he must be in rage, as the channel TRP rating and particularly "“Satyamev! Satyamev!! Satyamev!!!" rating was dangerously low. Varun entered the room with his latest MacBook and a few set of files. He was straight to the point, "Listen folks, I don’t want to scream about the rating. It’s past and nothing we will gain discussing about it. I need your inputs and suggestion to bring back our rating for the program”
Satyamev! Satyamev!! Satyamev!!! Is a reality talk show that pours spot light on the day to day un-said social, family and country issues. The program concludes by offering a solution to the problem and it was a major hit for the past 2 years and was in top 5 viewer’s favorite program list. But for some reasons, the TRP rating had come down and it not only worried the producer, but also the team who works for it.
“Why don’t we show something about Early marriage or Child abuse or domestic violence again?” I started the discussion first.
“These issues have already been hosted by Amir Khan in “Satyamev Jayate” program. I need something very critical and a burning issue, that entire population face in day to life and a part of the people (population) suffers the most.”
It has to be the red-hot issue for a part of the population? As well as it has to be faced by everyone, at least once in their life time? We all went deep in thoughts.
“Think well. I will give you a week of holiday; I need you guys to rejuvenate and come up with an extraordinary idea. I don’t know whether you will google or read books or scan all blogging sites. But when you are back, I need an extraordinary issue that our nation is suffering.” Varun ordered and left the place.
"Chill folks, I got an idea. My grandma's village does not have electricity. Statistics says that 90 per cent of the villages still don’t have electricity and entire country, face electricity problem once in a day at-least. Even we, when the power goes off, we suffer a lot to charge our mobile phone. We should make a trip to any of the village and capture the electricity problem.” Our team mate Tanushree replied.
We decided to opt for Bheemeshwari village which is 100 meters away from Bangalore and capture the issues faced due to the lack of electricity. After reaching Bhemeshwari, we four travelled in bullock cart ride for almost 75 kms to reach a small village.
The villagers were so excited to see us and we were warm welcome. We were also given a place to stay in Papa Mohan’s house. He is the Panchayat head and villagers said it was the biggest house in the village to occupy visitors like us. It was a small hut with 5 ft ×5ft space. But yes, the house was so clean.
We opened our suitcase and asked the daughter of Panchayat head “Kanmani” to take us to bathroom so that we could freshen up. She said she don’t have anything as such in the entire village. I was taken back with surprise.
“How do you bath then?” I asked with concern in my voice.
“We have a river bank, which is 30 minutes’ walk from here. Men and children’s take bath over there. But women can take bath only during the night time. Even though it’s dark, men used to hide behind the trees and observe us bathing. We face a lot of challenges during full moon day. Sometimes, the force of water may be high and people lose the grip and get washed away. So far, 15 people have been washed away by the water, while bathing and washing the clothes” She completed with a worried tone.
“Why don’t you construct an easy 4 frame walls with the help of coconut leaves or Sari in the house itself?” Wait, to make her understand better, I just showed one picture which was available on my mobile.
“We can’t take a chance. Since there is no roof, we have to be so conscious that some guy may peep from the top of the palm team or coconut tree, which Is around all the houses. And, these are easily washed away by winds. We don’t have money to re-construct again and again.” She continued, “Even our schools don’t have toilets, we need to walk for 3 minutes for a bush or cactus plant to hide behind and pass our daily needs. Sometimes, dangerous snakes and venomous insects may be even present over there. During raining seasons, leeches will suck our blood while we stand over there and piss. We also suffer from breathing due to the pungent smell of the shits.”
How un-hygienic is that? Since, it’s the main cause for insets accumulating in one place and spreading dangerous disease like dengue, cholera and malaria. I thought and asked my final question which was running in my mind. “How do you manage those t …t…t..the.. the.. three days without toilets”
“We always think that it’s a curse. We sit idle at one place to avoid the fear of changing the clothes” my eyes were filled with tears.
How many times, we suffered a travel while travelling? We rather avoided buses and book train for our journey only for one reason ie – Train has toilets. How many times, we wished that a good bus facility is not with video, or AC but with a toilet which is still a dream and a wish? I still avoid preferring toilets in cinema theatres and bus stand as its not hygienic. While I drive in my car, I never find any toilets near toll gates or in highways. Countries like Malayisa have toilet in the highways. Why is India not constructing toilets in highways? We have to look for hotels and order a cup of coffee just to use the hotel toilets. Mobile toilet during marathon are placed every 2 kms. They know the mandatory for having toilets. India’s biggest problem was not lack of electricity, but lack of toilets. I called my team and discussed about the same. They all subscribed to bring this issue in the television program. Not the sake of TRP but for the sake of humanity. We all got ready and switched on the camera to record the issues faced by the village due to lack of toilet.
Undoubtedly, after watching our program many companies came forward to construct toilets in highways, all villages and rural school. The initiative was named as Domex Toilet Academy (DTA) programme and was driven by Domex.

GOD IS A GAMER BY RAVI SUBRAMANIAN - BOOK REVIEW By Deepika Muthusamy
GOD IS A GAMER BY RAVI SUBRAMANIAN - BOOK REVIEW
Ever since the novel, "If God Was a Banker" was published and went viral I always had the curiosity to read Ravi Subramanian novels. I heard a lot about his hits and first-class reviews about “Bankerupt” and "The Bankster" novel, but unfortunately, I never got a chance to read his novels till date. And as the famous Paul’ saying goes, “If when you want something, the entire universe conspires in helping you to achieve it." And yes, it was accurate in my case. Ravi Subramanian's latest book "God is a Gamer” has been bestowed upon me with 2 surprises.
It was a winning copy from Blog Adda which was part of the biggest Book Review Program for Indian Bloggers.Hooray – The Book was a personally signed by the award winning author Ravi Subramanian (how lucky I am :)
The novel beings with Phishing attack, sudden death of Gillian Tan, romance of Tanya, fight between two gangs over territorial rights for drug trading, death of Nigerain citizen, murder of Malavika, ATM attack and. . . much more twist. My advice to the readers - don’t read this novel during bed time, because you may end up staying awake, reading whole night without sleeping. The novel will sure hypnotize and make sure you end up reading one chapter and just one chapter and keep reading next chapter till you reach the climax.
You will learn a lot about new things, Information about bit-coins, face-book and its gaming application, marketing strategy behind gaming apps. The Chemistry between Aditya Rao and his son Varun was nice, but definitely 2 questions arises in mind. “How did Aditya all of a sudden turn up for Varun, help him in coming out of Nigerain death and trusting/listening to Varun for his business ideas rather than trusting his very good friend Sundeep."
"Was really technology that bad to hack credit cards of just 20 customers and withdraw a huge million in a day?!? Phishing attack also seems illogical!!! When they got the first compliant, they must have taken a step to stop it/shut down immediately
Starts with Washington, then New Delhi, Mumbai, Goa...and its keep switching between places making readers to lose the interest and focus in the initial few pages but the novel takes a turn after 100 pages it goes in jet speed with many twits and guess.
Overall an must read, entertaining novel. 3 Things I love the most:
Too many twists make us keep guessing. Title font and its display in the book cover. The letter "O" engrossed in the word "GOD" was simply creative. Simple and appropriate usage of language.
CONS:
Romance between Varun and Tanya. Felt, it was added just as it has to be. Very short chapters. Many places, felt the current chapter could have been clubbed with the previous one Adrian Scott's way of findings was amateurish. Since he is an Federal Bureau of Investigation head, his approach could have been very creative and out of the box.
My Rating - 3/5

"More Indian than you think"
"More Indian than you think"
Adbul was coming out from Masjid after a long hour of prayer. On the other hand, Arvind swamy, just finished the pooja for Lord Venkatesa Perumal and was heading towards the Bus bay. Christopher who was Father in the Santhome Church, just finished a marriage and was heading towards teh same bus stop. All the three people, met at the bus stop and just greeted each other with a gentle smile.

In the meanwhile, a small puppy was about to cross the road and on the other end, a lorry came with a speed of 100mph and about to hit the dog. Without second thought, all the three people, Adbul, Arvind swamy and Christopher rushed towards the dog to save the life of the small animal. They protected the dog and the dog licked all three of them with love.
This incident clearly shows that thought we are divided by religion, we People are united by our Nation "India". Though we have different blood groups, we just have one feeling and that’s Indian
