Devaney's always loved to write. She's always artistic and unique,making anything whether it's painting,drawing,sketching,jewelry making, anything that has to do with art, including dance. But out of all of them, writing is what she loves to do. She loves writing poetry,it's basically her life,it's her therapy. Whispers of life
Silently enters my ears,
Wondering if I am
Listening and miraculously,
I am.

The silhouette of
A young woman comes
Close to me,
Her sincerity and dignity
Is stronger than
Life itself.

I can see
Through her
That she has walked
Miles for daylight
To come,
Never stopping,
I only hope she would
Put that strength in me.
