Let ‘Poise’ And ‘Objectivity’ Rule, While Judging Writings
At the outset, it needs to be postulated very compassionately that it does not take someone to be wrong for other to be right. Both can be right and wrong simultaneously, irrespective of subjective positions regarding a truth righteousness that often presents itself as multidimensional reality.
Having said that, it also needs to be said that often people judge utility and fruition of a thing as per their subjective preferences and especially, when it comes to art & literature, there usually is anything but ‘poise’ and ‘objectivity’ in the judgment. It happens as singular benchmark of utility is always missing in art & literature. That is why, in art & literature, often, masterpieces initially get dumped and flayed and similarly average stuffs become top rankers. Populism itself becomes singular benchmark of success and almost all artists and writers cater to the galleries…
The purpose of writing this all is to point out a trend, which needs to be changed. Often readers and reviewers comment in extremes about a book. Either they say, the book was ‘great, brilliant and perfect’ or they call it ‘ridiculous, horrible and insane’. Such extremities are usual in reader/reviewer reaction. The trouble is, a writer or readers too for that matter do not get benefit out of either these bouquets or the brickbat. This trend is true even for comments on all contents, be it on social media or other places.
If the readers and reviewers could kindly elaborate as what and why they liked or disliked something, this surely would benefit both writers and readers, irrespective of praise or criticism. Both readers and reviewers have the duty to rise to the desired level of objectivity, the moment they choose to wield their pen for writing something about a book and its writer. Subjective whims and personalized choices are welcome too but if they remain within mind and not extended to written words.
True that everyone can be a writer and it is easy to judge others without being objective. As there are rules for writing, there also has to be for reviews. In a book, there are plots, characters, themes, language, flow of words, integration etc. When reviewing, readers and reviewers should point out good and bad in all these departments of writing, rather than summarily saying brilliant or trash. It shall help writer to evolve and learn from mistakes and shall help other readers make informed choices.
I always welcome criticisms, if they are structured and systematic. It is the best help a reader can extend to a writer. Unfortunately, I usually receive extremes of reactions, without any elaboration on the causality of the good or bad. Thanks to a handful of my dear readers, who have pointed out real mistakes and that too with brilliant poise and dignity. There always has to be a way with words… Apologies is this writing brushes some sensitivities the wrong way…

Not Corruption, Mediocrity Is India’s Top Trouble…!
## Awareness, Self-regulation, And Performance Are Top Requirements…
## Common Man Has Become Symbol Of Mediocrity, Needs To Drop It…
All aware citizens of India, especially the youth know this plain and simple fact that the major Indian trouble is not corruption, rather a deep-seated “non-performing, mediocre and paralyzed system of governance and administration”. Not only that, we all also know it and see it all around that major trouble is the “mediocrity and self-discipline/regulation” in socio-cultural spheres of India.
India’s youth have no trouble with corruption as they know; it is a ‘necessary evil’, which keeps pace with development and growth. Even most developed nations have this in plenty, still they thrive. Youth know, it is non-performance and mediocrity of Indian socio-political-administrative system, which makes India’s number one trouble, as most developed nations do not have this mediocrity. Where is the trouble if a ‘Babu’ takes bribe but does his work well. The trouble is, the Babu takes the bribe and still does not work well, as he essentially lacks ability to perform. Mediocrity has become India’s global benchmark and identity.
It is only natural that all aware people of India, especially the youth want someone, at the top of government, a prime minister who is proactive and aggressive in intent, who could not be made to succumb to either populism or systemic sense of calamitous practicality of political survival. However, it is visible that leaders lack not only intent but also the vision. Everyone keep basking on the glory of ‘populism’.
The tragedy is, India’s problems are not this simple as anyone, a prime minister or some minister could solve in some months or years. Delivery of goods by the political and societal systems would need an overhaul and inputs not only in political-administrative system, but also in the socio-cultural system. Mediocrity has become a culture and primary attitude of most of us, which needs to change. This is a long haul and not only politicians, but millions of those involved in administration as well as in social leadership positions shall also be needed to respond positively to changes. This is tough.
India can think of having a better and streamlined channelization of these energies of youthfulness of change, if the participants and protagonists of change emphasize on the crucial and cardinal need of “self-regulation, self-discipline and performance” as number one requirement for any meaningful and positive change in Indian system of politics, governance and society-culture. Reactionary, populist and instant-solution mindset has never won things and it shall never.
In the years to come, if India has to prosper as a successful nation, the common man label has to improve drastically. The common man has become the symbol of bad self-discipline and non-performance. Average Indian has to be more aware, empowered, performing and self-regulated as globally, states and its institution are on the abdication mode.

Undress Problems, Solutions Turn Naked For You..!
If you have a problem, you already know it that solution is somewhere ‘inherent and embedded’ in the problem itself. Often, solution presents itself as some ‘alternative’ arrangement or placement of the same factors in such a way that they turn advantageous for us, hence qualifying as a ‘solution’. Modern day problems are often so ‘dressed up’; partly by our complex environment and partly by us that we fail to see the ‘naked’ reality of the nature of problems. We can see them clearly, if we ‘undress’ them. Check it out at: https://www.smashwords.com/books/view...

Discuss and Debate It For Wider Utility & Fruition…
Accepted, this is not something, which should be said in isolation and abruptly, still, if people accept utilities of words beyond their mere literal meaning, compassionately allowing it to sink in with larger fruition, the idea said below can be source of larger wellness:
“… humanity’s instinctive idiosyncrasies and innocent stupidities should not ideally be made the central and core feed-stock of art and creativity… especially, literatures should preferably be objectively realistic… the contemporary trend of fictions stretching much beyond psychotic virtualism and sadomasochistic ritualism is not desirable… a timely revival of good non-fiction readership also seems desirable…”
This observation does not come out of any artistic egoism or inflated narcissism. Rather, they are words of innocent and lovable compassion… if people here discuss and debate it, the observation shall find more utility and fruition…
… keep smiling…

INDIA POLLS: Common Agenda For The New Govt.

However, as a nation, we surely have a ‘common agenda’, as this agenda works good and well for all of us, irrespective of difference of ideas and needs. This agenda has the following issues, which any political party should follow, when it comes to power: -
1. A definitive and strong population policy, which is largely deterrent in nature as compliance to it shall be ensured by withdrawing government facilities, tax benefits and subsidies. In some cases, there may be some fines.
2. Decision on quantum and procedures of reforms in the following sectors:
a. Electoral
b. Police and bureaucracy
c. Economy and markets
d. Taxation regime
3. Zero tolerance policy on culture of societal and community violence.
4. Major improvement and investment in education and health sector infrastructures. These two sectors have virtually made life hell for average citizen. Investments in infrastructures cannot be compromised.
5. Major improvement in justice dispensation system and gradual but definitive decentralization of governance.
This agenda has everything, which a vibrant India needs. Surely, some better ideas can be added and modus operandi can be debated. India needs to debate over a common agenda for all, as one nation. Populist agenda so far has troubled the nation a lot. We as citizens can do a lot to put this agenda of one nation ahead.

INDIA POLLS: Tough To Judge, Tougher To Be Witness Only!

India, a huge nation with mammoth population has no common agenda as different layers of population have different and even competing priorities. The nation does not have the type of resource to fulfill everyone’s agenda. It is therefore natural for politicians to resort to vagueness and virtualism to avoid tough realities of India. They know, they cannot make everyone happy; therefore, they resort to vague populism. We are too huge and too many for the nation to make us happy!
We as people are confused to judge politicians. Growth and progress of a nation is a hugely complicated notion, involving complex financial and socio-economic issues. There are data available with institutions like Planning Commission and RBI but people can say, they are politically managed figures. Moreover, data are always convenient tool of extrapolations, loading realisms with vague virtualisms. Be it politicians or the media, everyone is playing up with ‘extrapolated’ data of growth and development!
The media of India itself does not understand the intricacies of growth and development fact-figures. The media too indulges in populism like politicians as they have their own survival issues at stake. Indian media must be blamed for making people more confused as the media itself does not understand realisms and in turn never informs people rightly.
What is the right idea then? How to make our judgments, when it comes to voting. Yes, it is a tough question, as we need to accept that, a vibrant India’s overall issues are not only political. They are in domains of society, culture, economics and technological initiatives. We as voters need to accept the limited role of politics in improving our life wellness. We collectively can make things better, cannot blame the politics and media alone. We as people of India, as per the constitution are the real sovereign. That is why, the onus of vibrant India is purely ours. What we will, is what we have as a nation…

IN PLAYFULNESS WITH RANDOMIZED PROBABILITIES OF LIFE
Santosh Jha
Life’s randomized probabilities are always larger than an individual’s preparedness for life wellness. Moreover, we are now faced with a global physical-cultural-attitudinal environment, which has emboldened and accentuated the energies of randomizations. That is why, we all are faced with such complex and unprecedented probabilities of life, which have the potential of unsettling our larger wellness.
If we look around consciously at these randomizations, we can see how, world over, humanity is faced with unprecedented challenges; many of them are actually potent threats to survival itself. In such hard times, when wellness is fast becoming a scarce commodity, we all need to have a very strong and committed conscious mind to continue to be in the wellness space.
It is always important, how we as individuals cannot do anything about the scourge of these randomized energies. However, we can surely brace up and hone up our conscious minds to take better control of life. For that, we all need to be in good reception and communication. This helps enhance and improve symbiotic wellness.
The simple yet tough idea is to play with ‘randomized probabilities’, with a conscious mind, which we put ahead. It is said, “human inventiveness and artistry of playful-metaphorization of this confusion and chaos, unleashed by randomized probabilities of life, into something meaningfully and intuitively enjoyable, is sheer joy.”
This becomes possible tool for the conscious mind, when we accept randomizations as something meaningful and beautiful. It is said, “disorder and entropic chaos in life is far more creative energy. You are better off when you land in the probabilistic multiplicity of uncertainty and are completely taken to randomization of eventualities.” We are talking about quantum consciousness…

The Energies Of Stampede Of Stupidities

In contemporary India, a virtual stampede of ideas have been set to unleash tumultuous causalities, as the multiplicities of obsessively espoused ideas are roaming without proper channelizing mechanism and streamlining structures.
The energies of changes need to be viewed in holism and totality. The problems and solutions too need to be viewed in holistic and assimilative perspectives. It is very crucial to understand the dynamics of the mechanisms of the overall causality (cause-effect cycle), which ultimately energizes all changes in all societies and how all energies need to be properly channelized and objectively streamlined to instill the essential elements of sanity and serenity in changes. This is important, to weed out the chaos and conflicts, which usually most societal changes are prone to, especially in contemporary times of media-overdrive, reactionary consciousnesses and communication-obesity.
India has been very fortunate to have witnessed the magnanimity and fruition of the beauty of a powerful and orderly procession under the leadership of Mahatma Gandhi. This was so effective and universal in its utility that almost all major changes in all societies across the globe imported it and used it in different times, post Indian independence. It was to Mahatma’s credit that he always preferred no energy to a reactive and disorderly aggressive energy. He never patronized the energies of a stampede. This sanity and detachment is missing in Indian participants of contemporary change as most of them hastily succumb to the populist lure of patronizing the energies of the stampede of stupidities for instant or short-term gains.
