Must Read?
Hello all,
Question: When's the last time you ate a "Fun Size" candy bar and thought 'Wow that was fun!' Never, right? Because "Fun Size" isn't fun. Fun Size stinks. It's almost good, but in the end, just not enough.
Another question: Ever read one of those books that seemed pretty good, but in the end you really didn't care what happened to the main characters. Or worse, you disliked the main character so much that you started rooting for the villain, or the alien, or the monster, etc. Very unsatisfying (unless you're the type that likes to root for the villain).
A "Must Read" without good characters isn't a must read at all.
Give Siever: The Hazards of Mandallass a try and see if it isn't satisfying. ;)
