Conflict Management: Simulation Exercise
Lego (Building blocks) are one of the best and affordable tool to understand various business terminologies/ concepts. Students were introduced to ‘conflict’ that one faces because of three factors: lack of trust, too many questions; and lack of clear goal. These factors lead to a ‘Hidden Agenda’. When a conflict arises earlier or later two things are visible: Fear and Failure.
A simulation exercise was conducted to understand the principles behind ‘conflict’ and how one could relate & respond to it?

Motivational Words
Acknowledge all of your small victories. They will eventually add up to something great. A victory without danger is a triumph without glory. Accept challenges so that you may feel the exhilaration of victory. Turn a mess into a Message, a test into Testimony, a trial into Triumph and soon you will become from being a victim to Victorious!
Failure will never overtake you if your determination to succeed is strong enough. The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in your determination. The strongest people aren’t always the people who win, but are those who don’t give up when they lose.
If you are not prepared to be wrong, you’ll never come up with anything ORIGINAL. Failure is not the opposite of success, it’s a part of success. Don’t worry about failures, worry about the chances you miss when you don’t even try. Failure is an event, not a person. Yesterday ended last night.
You don’t get results by focusing on results. You get results by focusing on the actions that produce results. When you loose all your excuses, you will find your results. Don’t be upset by the results you did not get from the work you didn’t do. Results come over time, not overnight.
True nobility isn’t about being better thn someone else. It’s about being better than *YOU* used to be. Storms make trees take deeper roots. When life gets harder, challenge yourself to be stronger.
There is no other greater ecstasy, than to know who YOU are. Nobody is here to fulfill your dream. Everybody is here to fulfill their own destiny, their own reality. Don’t worry whether Life exists after death. Ask yourself if you are ALIVE before death. BE….don’t try to become!
Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach. It’s better to cross the line and suffer the consequences than to just stare at the line for the rest of your life. Change your priorities if you want to see change in your life. Maturity comes when you stop making excuses & start making changes.

Success & Failure
As much we teach our children on speaking up for success wish we could teach them to speak up for failures too! But why don’t we? – Santa Santosh Avvannavar

Look Up!
One looks up to sky because it’s hard to look down. Aren’t feet on the floor?
One looks up to success because it’s hard to reflect on failure. Aren’t failure your part?
One looks up to someone because it’s hard to believe in oneself. Aren’t you are your part?
One looks up to hope in forward because it’s hard to accept the backward. Aren’t past experiences is yours?
Are we afraid to ask questions or answer questions?

Just Born
Being just born is the best relationship moment between the mother and child. This is life’s greatest gift because it doesn’t demand explanation of oneself. There is freedom, trust, nothing is held against, not provoked and instigated, past is forgotten and future is welcome, transparent, self-image isn’t hampered, be myself. If you find one such person in life it’s your greatest gift next to the moment of just born.
