Humpday Goodness: Cheesy Doritos Chicken
I'm not a big fan of cooking. Maybe it's because I work in a kitchen for a caterer during wedding seasons, or maybe it's because I have a tiny kitchen with a ridiculously small amount of counter space to work with. My guess, though, would be that I'm lazy and cooking means clean up afterward. Ugh. But since I'm lucky enough to work from home writing while my husband puts in 60+ hours a week in a grimy, dirty steelmill, I try to find recipes that are relatively easy, can be adjusted slightly
