Starting the Publishing Process...

Whew! Publishing is seemingly easier these days than in the past in that you don't have to hunt for an agent or publisher... but that means learning about everything that is involved! Murder at Cold Creek College is an unpublished novel about a professor and psychologist at a private 4-year college in Cold Creek, VA. No, there is no such place or college.

Sheridan doesn't have any history of amateur sleuthing or fancy herself as a private investigator despite her Nancy Drew collection. In fact, if the murdered man hadn't been Adam, and her best friend Kim wasn't the prime suspect, and her boss hadn't assigned her to help out the oh, so handsome State Police Detective... well, she probably wouldn't be trying to figure out who killed her colleague.

Sheridan figures out that a lot of women had a motive for killing Adam, but only Kim had known motive and opportunity. At the same time, when her tires are slashed and then she is assaulted, it's pretty clear someone is getting worried.

A cozy mystery, all that's left (lol) is getting feedback from beta readers, a final editing, and the cover! So keep tuned for the next update... cover release... and release date!
