Mommy, Nana, Writer

Once again my plans get whirlwind out of my hands. I have a sick grandbaby home from school and my 11 year old broke his toe and can't put on shoes, so, he's home too. Yay.

Although my writing time has been cut to mere fractions of time now, I try to practice what I preach, "Write every day, even if it's just a sentence."

It will eventually get done. Whether letter by letter, word by word, sentence by sentence, paragraph by paragraph, page by page.

I love writing "The End"

Have a good one and Happy Reading

Where and how will it all end

I've been writing Dangerous Deceptions for several months. I had to put it on hold for the MOD (March of Dimes) charity event in which an excerpt of DD was included as a short story with the title Forbidden Friends.

Now that I am back writing the full-length, I find myself changing the ending several times. What's up with that Cate? lol

It was the same with "Mackenzie's Song". It had gotten so bad with MS that I had to create a Facebook group in which the readers decided who Mackenzie ended up with, creating 3 possible endings: She's with Kyle, she's with Bret or she's alone. SPOILER if you read MS you know Team Kyle won by a landslide. It was fun letting the readers choose how it ended after letting them read the first 9 chapters.

I find myself waffling between endings with Dangerous Deceptions also. Hmmm could another FB group be on the horizon?
