How to Use Google and LinkedIn for Kick-Butt Prospecting

Have you ever found someone on LinkedIn via search or as the connection of one of your contacts, but you had no way of contacting them? Perhaps you haven't worked with them before or they're not in your network. Well, here's a cool little trick for finding their email address. This way, you can send them an invitation to connect OR simply shoot them an email.

Social Media and Bring Your Own Device in Germany

I had the opportunity to be the closing keynote speaker at Alcatel-Lucent's Dynamic Tour event in Dusseldorf, Germany last week. I discussed social media and how generational technology trends (Boomers, Gen Xs, Gen Ys and Gen Zs) are impacting the workplace in terms of devices and collaboration.
