Thank you note

This is just a big thanks to everyone that reviewed my book so far, for taking the time to read it and for giving me your honest opinion.

You are all amazing people, and your reviews mean the world to me. I learn a lot from them so never stop reviewing please because your honest opinion does help an author to know their weak points and their strong points.

Thunderlight, book 2 of the Dragonian series in in process. It's almost done as I had to make it a bit stronger and not to disappoint you guys, I had to wait a bit on the original release date. It was going to be June, next year but I've moved it to October.

The new cover for Firebolt is almost done, and I can't tell you how beautiful it is. I hope you all love it, as much as I do. It's going to be more realistic, so you can expect a real dragon, and instead of Brian, that's on my first cover, I'm using Sammy's dragon. It's a bit different than the first cover, although I'll always love my first cover, I wanted a second one for the Mandarin edition and decided to do a second edition for the English version as well. So I hope that you will all love it, as much as I do. It's going to be mind-blowing.

So keep an eye out for that. I will post it on here when it's ready and do another giveaway for that.

Again, thank you so much, and I appreciate the time you've given Firebolt.

Thoughts on Thunderlight

So, I'm done with Thunderlight and I'm on the revising stage.

I just have to say, I'm really excited with getting this one out to you all.
At first I was so scared because I personally felt that it wasn't a really that strong, but Thunderlight was always an important one in the Dragonian Series. Now all those fears are gone.

I really dug deep with this one and I'm so excited to hear what you think about the Warbel games. Meet our exciting new Characters, Sir Robert, Isobel, Lucille, Paul, Nicole and so many more.
See how Lucian and Elena's love grew deeper and stronger and I know you are all going to hate me in the end, but it's something I'm sure I'll be forgiven for with Frost bite.

I really really can't wait to share this one with all of you as I know it's so much more than just another book. I really enjoyed writing it, getting lost in my little world and I hope that you will experience the same. It will go off to the editor soon, and then it will hit the shelves. Hopefully before October.

Kind wishes,
Adrienne

Really bad news

Guys, I really have some bad news involving Thunderlight.

Due to unforeseen things Thunderlight won't be published until December.

I'm bumped out about all of this, but it's at the editor as we speak.
It will be ready around June. There will be ways to get your hands on a copy before the release date. I'm going to do a giveaway on Goodreads starting in June, so you can participate through that.
Then there will be also blog tours that will happen before the release date where you can also get your hands on a copy.
I'm all for marketing now and I just want my series to get out into the world.
So if you want to sign up for the virtual pre-release book tour of Thunderlight that will take place in the month of August and Septemeber, please leave me your details in the comments and I'll keep in contact and send you a copy of Thunderstruck a month before the virtual tour starts.

Some good news though, you won't have to wait a year for book three and four. Due to plenty of time on my hands I'll be finished with Frostbite soon and it will be ready for publication early next year, as soon as I'm done with Frostbite I'll be starting on Moon-Breeze which will be a novel of about 600-1000 pages. That I'm aiming to release 6 months after Frostbite.

It's not where the series end though. There will be a novella that I'm really excited about following Elena and the crew as Adults and it's a time travel story so you don't want to miss out on that.

Then I'm thinking of doing a novel on Blake and one on Lucian. The last two are novels on stories that takes place inside the first four novels.

The first one is about King Louis, King Albert's father and his dragon love they executed at the end because of what she was. It won't have a happy ending, and the other one is about Queen Catherine and the war she fight with King Albert freeing all dragons. Think Mulan mixed with something else. So excited to start on all of these.

After that, it's closed, done and then you just have to get out the duster to keep them all clean.

I really do apologize for the long wait of Thunderlight but I promise it will be worth your time.

Take care,
Adrienne.

Will Lucian’s dark secret about Wyverns and Elena’s need to prove their true nature cause their love to be torn apart? And which of Elena’s friends will be sacrificed this time if she is wrong?

Excerpt:
Chapter One
Castle of Etan
Anger, betrayal, and hate turned my stomach acid, it consumed my mind and I watched as bottles, papers and books on the desk, flew off and crushed to the floor.
A maid rushed to my side. She didn’t say anything, but her eyes reflected fear. The dustpan in her hand trembled as she started to sweep up the jagged shards of glass. Rising from the floor she began to straighten the books that had fallen in a heap. Every few seconds I would notice her eyes dart nervously in my direction as if a mere breath would make me lash out at her with my outstretched hand.
I touched her face gently until my hand reached her neck, tightening slowly as my anger began to rise once again. My grip tightened around her soft, shapely neck as I lifted her up from her position on the floor at my feet. Listening carefully I could hear her heart fluttering like a bird trapped inside a cage.
“How did I become this way?” I thought, giving voice to my reality softly.
She just stared at me with round, brown unblinking eyes. Her eyes were sunken deep into the surface of her face and her cheek bones were sharply defined.
Looking at her sullen face made me feel worse. I lifted up my other hand and struck the woman hard across her cheek.
A cry left her mouth and I threw her from me as if she weighed nothing. She skidded across the floor landing in a heap against a wall of cold, unforgiving stone. If I was a dragon I would blast fire, redeem this wretched place to a pile of insignificant ashes.
Two other maids, hearing the startled cry, rushed into the room. Their eyes were wide as they took in the room and the immobile heap near the far wall. “Sorry, me lord,” the older one said. “She’s new, we will train her better.”
They picked up the maid who had come too and begun sobbing. She clutched the side of her face, cover the huge red hand print where I struck her.
I nodded. The old maid knew her place well, although I still didn’t care for her name, she knew where she stood.
I plunged myself down onto the chair and closed my eyes. A silent roar growled inside of me lighting a fire of rage deep in my core.
The girl had made it.
The Rubicon saved her life, so a part of him was still fighting me. I could still see her eyes searching mine. They bore into my soul, seeking answers. How was this possible! The wall wouldn’t allow any human to go to the other side.
Albert’s laughter echoed inside the castle; a startling reminder that good would always win. He would pay dearly for this. I would find a way, but I promised she wouldn’t live much longer.
I got up, rubbed my face hard and let the emotion of my anger escaped my lips. The rage that emanated from deep within me overpowered the haunting laughter and echoed throughout the entire castle.
“Master,” Cain’s voice interrupted my thoughts.
“Speak my loyal servant,” I said out loud. “What is the news?”
“Everything is in place. We won’t fail you,” his voice said in my head.
I closed my eyes, took a deep breath and let it out hard. “We’ll see.”

Thunderlight and Venom Reviews

Hi Dragon lovers.

I lost a couple of names that wanted to review my second novel, Thunderlight. Due to the pace being slowed down by the first couple of chapters, me and my lovely editor decided to split them up and give you guys a novella which most of you will love, hopefully as it have plenty of Blake in it.

Those of you that want to review it, please leave me your details and I'll send you a pdf of both copies.

At the moment I only have pdf available. So hopefully some of you don't have to wait till November.

All I ask is to write your reviews on Goodreads. Keep them seperate as Venom has it's own book entry for reviews.

Thanks,
Kind Wishes,
Adrienne
