Arsenic for Tea has published in Japan!

I love all of my Murder Most Unladylike editions … but there is a special place in my heart for my Japanese books.

They’re published by Hara Shobo and translated by Sanae Yoshinoyama, and their gorgeous covers are illustrated by Takayuki Ryukin.

Murder Most Unladylike is already published, and now Arsenic for Tea has been released as well, in the same adorable pocket format.… Read more

Guggenheim Mystery at Ilkey Festival

I was so pleased to be invited to the Ilkey Festival this year! Ilkley is a lovely town (it has a Betty’s, which is pretty much my test of excellence), and its book festival has been running since the 1970s.

I spoke about The Guggenheim Mystery on Saturday morning to a really wonderful audience – thank you so much to everyone who came, and thank you to Ilkley Festival for hosting me!… Read more

The Guggenheim Mystery on tour!

Last week was a very special one: I travelled all over England and Wales visiting schools and festivals to speak about The Guggenheim Mystery.

This was a totally new talk for me, and the first time I’ve really spoken about something that isn’t Murder Most Unladylike – I was so pleased that everyone enjoyed themselves as much as I did!… Read more

Gute Nachtrichten, Deutsche Detectivinnen! Mord Erster Klasse, mein drittes Buch, ist hier!

To celebrate its publication, I have two copies of the book to give away to German readers – just comment below or on my Instagram account by the 18th of October telling me why you’d like Mord Erster Klasse, and I’ll pick two winners.… Read more
