A Spoonful of Murder has won the Buckinghamshire Book Award 2019!
I’m thrilled to be able to say that A Spoonful of Murder, Hazel and Daisy’s sixth murder mystery, has won the 2019 Bucks Book Award!
It was up against some really tough competition from some of my favourite authors, including Cressida Cowell, Rick Riordan and Onjali Rauf, so it’s a huge honour to know that Buckinghamshire children voted for it as their winner.… Read more

New year, new books!
It’s officially 2019 – and I’m so excited for all of the things that are happening this year!
Of course, 2019 is the year that Murder Most Unladylike Book 8 is published! In the UK and Ireland, it’s currently scheduled to come out on the 8th of August 2019. (In Australia and New Zealand, the date is usually a few weeks later, and for South Africa it’s usually about a month and a half later.)
I can’t tell you the title of Book 8 yet, even though I know what it is (and I think you’re going to love it!) but I CAN tell you that the cover COLOUR will be revealed on this website, as well as on all of my social media channels, at 12pm GMT on Friday the 25th of January.… Read more
