Walk to Sea . . . Haibun

Over the last couple of days, whilst taking my social distancing walk, I kept noticing things I had never seen before or had missed. As the petty distractions of work have faded more and more into the background, the eyes are capturing more and more of what is around me.
1.

breeze skims along bay

Narrow Path to Sea . . . Haibun

down the narrow path
along the rocky coast walk
Northern Bedstraw blooms
Last Sunday with the sun shinning and a cold breath in the air, I took a walk. Instead of my usual route, I decided to travel the one mile by the rocky shoreline to the village. The items that caught my eye were, car tyres, bike tyres, one work boot {left I think}, plastic bottles and plastic bags of varying colours.
These were my companions until I got closer to the pier. Others could be seen out enjoying the sun, sea and sand. I continued past the harbour. There upon the rocks, I spied the rotting hull of an old boat.
