Good morning, readers and writers,

First, I've been silent because so many have been dealing with devastation from the many hurricanes and somehow my blogging seemed so trivial. I hope those who could give to aid others did. And bless all of you out there as you overcome your worst nightmares. I'm praying for so many and I have many friends who are struggling. My heart is with you.

But as my mom would say, while we do what we can for others, our lives will continue. So I've a new blog post up today on getting your author photo/headshot. Some good advice if you are due to get your photo taken. And if you haven't done a photo yet, give me your ear first.
