Parisian Floor Watrchers
Well, I've been travelling lately... Not on a 5 star luxury trip but rather 'winging' it around Northern Europe... It's a busy thing with commitments back at home, writing to be done, eco-villages and volunteering to be carried out.... etc...etc...
But I have found a few moments to get my travels documented and here's how it all started! France with editor Jennifer Lyon.
This one was an eye opener for different reasons... Backpack on my front AND back, like a snail I suddenly had a new outlook on so many things that make the world go around, or indeed in some cases make it grind to a halt... Here's the link enjoy...

Walking in the wild
Last stop on the Faroe Islands had to be the island's highest peak. Join Jen and I to see how we got on!

Volunteering Abroad
Finally, at the wrong side of 40 I manage to get out and see a bit of the world! ;)
With BREXIT just concluded (we think), volunteering overseas allowed me to learn about the cultures of other Europeans from their own mouths and in their own back yards... It is also why I believe we Brits should protect our own culture for future generations (as should the people of each eurozone country!)
Visiting them I respected their laws and cultures (even if I didn't always agree with them!) It would be nice to imagine the same thing might happen in Britain one day... Is it really that much to ask?

Hveravellir to Gullfoss
It was the final trekking challenge for Jen and I of this wonderful travelling experience. There will be more to come undoubtedly but for now here is the story of our 90 km adventure!
Enjoy!
