Doctor Sleep by Stephen King

I started reading Stephen King's new book, Doctor Sleep. I love it. When I read The Shining, I was terrified. The same feeling comes over me as I'm reading this book. S.K. still delivers.

DEAD LOVE by Linda Wells

Historical fiction writer, Melanie Benjamin, will be speaking at our local art center this evening. I am looking forward to meeting her, and reading her most recent book, The Aviator's Wife, which offers insight into the life of Anne Morrow Lindbergh.

DEAD LOVE by Linda Wells

I have always been an avid reader of mysteries and action packed suspense novels. I have discovered that I love writing them, as well.

A few years ago, I sat alone in my dark office, with one small desk lamp on, and began writing a story, which turned out to be my first novel, DEAD LOVE. I didn't plan the book, write a plot line, or know the characters until they introduced themselves to me on the page. The experience of writing the story instinctively was interesting. As the story unfolded, I decided to publish the book.

I'm currently writing my second book, DEAD PROMISE, and as with the first, I am enjoying the story as it is revealed.
