After a month of teaching online some of the small differences, for both good and bad, are starting to make themselves apparent. In this blog I look at 3 things that I need to work on and 2 advantages that I need to keep exploiting.
After just over two weeks of being an online English teacher things are looking pretty good with a lot of lessons very quickly learned. Of course, this might all just be an example of me fooling myself.
I was reading a forum thread the other day, when someone posted the following comment, 'If EFL teachers read a bit more, they wouldn't try to keep reinventing the wheel'. Perhaps you are one of many who agree with this sentiment. I kind of do, but I'm not sure if that's necessarily a bad thing.
