5 StarsWhat an interesting book!I’ve always been interested in psychology, sociology, and ways to create and maintain healthy personal relationships. I found this book very interesting with case study examples and exercises which helped me identify some things I’ve been doing wrong and how to correct them, in order to improve my relationships first with myself and then with others.

Does anyone of you have to care for an elderly parent?
If so, please let me know, how do you handle it? How do you deal with the emotional stress of watching your loved one fade away?
