Wildfire spreads...
Volumes 2, 3 and 4 of Wildfire Chronicles are no longer exclusive to Amazon and are currently working their way through the system to appear on Barnes & Noble, iTunes and Kobo. Hopefully they will be available in the next couple of days. In the meantime, they are already available in Epub format which will work on all ereaders at Smashwords.com and Google Play :D
