Message from the Soap Box: Trolling
I find it almost humorous how idiotic some trolls can be. How can you comment on a blog accusing another blogger of posting a blog post because the TOPIC was on another blog? I mean seriously. Are two different people not allowed to post the same topic? Is there some unwritten law on this that I missed in Blogging 101?
Of course not. This is just a troll trying to do what they do best… Start trouble.
And then, if you’re so against the blogger, why are you obviously following the blog? It’s quite apparent that you are since you’re more than aware of the “offending” blog’s features to have even commented on another blog about them.
In my opinion trolls are worse than little kids. They obviously have no common sense, they strive to annoy, attempt to destroy, and harass other people. Here’s a newsflash, act your age not your shoe size. We are supposed to be adult here, yet more and more all I hear is about all this childish behavior that no one in their right mind wants. I’m sure the blog you were whining about the other blog to didn’t want to hear it. And then talking in the third person about yourself, it’s a bit clear you’re not playing with a full deck of cards there.. Or a half a deck for that matter. o.O
So for this troll, who I’m sure will see this since they so love to annoy all the bloggers better than they are, and any other troll that feels the need to stoop down to the intelligence level of an amoeba. (Perhaps that’s too much of an insult to the amoeba O.o), grow up, get a clue, and either learn how to blog in a way that will get you fans and followers, or go away. No one has time for the bullshyt or the drama and no one wants it.
So again trolls I implore you, stop causing trouble and perhaps once in awhile realize and understand that more than one person can read, review, and blog about the same book.. After all it’s not the only copy of said book in the world.
Oh and more thing. If you’re going accuse another blogger of something… You might want to make sure they aren’t following the post you start trashing them on. Don’t act surprised when they ask you if you’re talking about them when you posted the comment in the comments of a blog that ANYONE can see. Don’t act like you “meant to only send it to” the blog owner you’re trashing another blog on when you posted it in the comments that are world wide. It just makes you look even less intelligent than you’ve already made yourself look by complaining about two blogs posting about the same topic in the first place

Rise of Xosha Scavenger Hunt
Jade watched it all. Her anger was boiling just under her scales. She found that while she once adored and looked up to Rose, now she hated her. When she had seen her brother curled up beside Rose, it had proved too much for her to take. She had screamed and lifted off.
She was far from their new home. She had flown clear over a river that connected to the sea they had crossed and found herself in a place that seemed uninhabited. There were no signs of life on the ground below, just miles and miles of trees. Off in the distance she saw the tall spires of a castle. Intrigued, she adjusted her wings to catch the air current and drifted closer to the building to the inspect it.
She had seen all kinds of buildings in her old home. Humans lived in them. They seemed to need buildings for everything. She pondered this while she glided. As she looked down, she saw tiny beings running to and fro. It amused her that she should be the reason these creatures were so scared. She banked off to the left and turned flapping her massive wings. Before she had left the foreign land, she swooped low and snatched one of those strange animals Oceanus had brought her for breakfast days ago. She promptly devoured it on her way home. She did save a leg intent on giving it to Pyre to show him she was useful.
What Samhain Means to Me
Samhain (pronounced: SOW-in, SAH-vin, or SAM-hayne) is the end of summer. It’s one of the biggest celebrations in the Pagan faiths.
Samhain typically is on November 1. Many begin their celebrating on All Hallow’s Eve which is October 31.
Big cities usually throw big celebrations in the parks where thousands of witches gather from all over the world. (New York is infamous for their Samhain gathering)
During Samhain, the veil between the physical world and the spirit world thins. It’s a typical practice among Pagan households to set an extra place setting out to welcome whatever deceased family member decides to call.
It’s also a time where the abilities of witches are said to be at their strongest.
Jack O’ Lanterns and the such are placed outside doors to ward off demons and evil spirits who want to cause harm. They weren’t always made out of pumpkins. Because of the practice’s origins they used to be made out of turnips.
Samhain is my favorite holiday of the 8 Sabbats. Aside from taking the little ones to get their candy fix, I love casting a circle and getting reuniting with the ones I’ve lost over the years. I really hope we get to cast a circle this year. We didn’t get to last year and it really didn’t seem like Samhain without it being done.
Samhain really is a family holiday. I eagerly look forward to hearing from my dearly departed.
I wish you all Pagan and non Pagan alike a year of love and light >^.^<
