All You Need Is Kill All You Need Is Kill by Hiroshi Sakurazaka
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I really enjoyed this book, but I can understand why some people didn't. There was an overriding sense of a bleak future for the main characters, concerning them being trapped in a time loop, that didn't allow you to have a sense of victory concerning the the battles that were won in the book.

What I am trying to convey, is usually in a military based book, you end up cheering or routing for the characters as they over come insurmountable odds, the victories in the book didn't allow for this.

The book with out giving anything away, didn't end on a completely positive note for me. This is not usually necessary, but I felt that the tone of the book could have done with a uplift of emotion at the end to balance the rest of it out.

This does not stop me giving it a solid five out of five.

Finally, Its here! Architect!

After what seems an age, I can finally pronounce that Architect has been copy edited!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Architect-Book-1-Steven-Stennett-ebook/dp/B004JHYMJK

I would just like to start off by saying to those who have already bought Architect, I would encourage you to re-download the document, to receive the new version, which I am confident will be well  worth your time and effort to do so.

This should be now the book, it was supposed to be!

To be sure that you are recieving the new download, it would be prudent to make certain that you have enabled the Automatic Book Update function on your Kindle. If in any doubt, just follow the link below.
Turn Automatic Book Updates on.http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=help_search_1-2?ie=UTF8&nodeId=201252670&qid=1407255235&sr=1-2

The first page should now show this information.

This is confirmation that you are receiving the updated version!

I would like to gather opinion on whether I should release a new book cover for Architect, now that it has been copy edited.
A very talented book cover designer has approached me with this new invigorating cover.

Check out her site she dose fantastic work.

What do you think? Should take on the new cover or stick with the old. Tell me what you think!

I am looking to turn my hobby into something of merit, into something of less of a hobby, and more of a vocation!!

Architect is so soon to be delivered.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Architect-Book-1-Steven-Stennett-ebook/dp/B004JHYMJK

I really do mean it!

It has been a very long journey.

A journey that I arogantly believed would be simple and fruitful.

I have been humbled, and rightly so through the process!

I am a self publisher and Architect is going to set my bar.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Architect-Book-1-Steven-Stennett-ebook/dp/B004JHYMJK

I have a story to tell, and I believe it is a story that will entertain and be worth its determinative price.

If you become a reader, you will judge the document, and then tell me if this has been a true investment of your time and money.

The end is close, I will be relieved to be able to say I did my best, and produced the document that I should have manifested from the very beginning.

All hail to the mighty, 'Architect'      http://www.amazon.co.uk/Architect-Book-1-Steven-Stennett-ebook/dp/B004JHYMJK

What are you currently working on? The second to last question asked by Goodreads. The copy editing of Architect.

Its turned into a thing for me!

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Architect-Book-1-Steven-Stennett-ebook/dp/B004JHYMJK

I believe that I have a story, and a set of characters that will allow me to world build, and produce a narrative that will entertain my readers.

What I have lacked so far, is the copy editing element, something I just didn't appreciate, or honestly understand.

There is a balance that should be struck, between my vision and the appropriate presentation of the document, that needs to be read effortlessly by those willing to purchase a 0.77 pence document.

That's about a buck, a dollar, as my American cousins would say..

Architect has become the beginning, and potentially the end to my writing career.

I am hopping, so much hopping, it will be the start of something.

All hail to copy editor!!!!!!!

Shovel Ready Shovel Ready by Adam Sternbergh
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

The hero was flawed, the heroin also. The good guys were bad, the bad guys even worst.

I rooted for the lesser of the two evils, and eventually I grew at peace with my choice.

Three stars only because, for me there just wasn't enough science fiction.

Copy Editing, a very long journey!

The copy editing, which honestly took way longer than I thought, is coming to an end.

Architect being the product. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Architect-Book-1-Steven-Stennett-ebook/dp/B004JHYMJK
No matter what happens, I have learned so much from the process.
Writing is a job, you have to produce a polished product and treat your readers with respect.
There are no half measures involved in the process, and to expect to be successful or appreciation in the realm of self-publishing is naive!
I am a better person, and I hope, so hope, a better writer for it.x
