CHILD OF WOE, DARK HUNTER BY SIMON GOODWIN

This story is amazing! It starts off with zombie, vampire and werewolf incidents around the world that quickly escalate into a global takeover of civilization. This book was so well-written that it doesn't matter if the reader is "into" zombies or not. The reader is hooked from the beginning and Simon Goodwin doesn't let go. Simon Goodwin is a gifted story-teller, and I believe if he was telling you about items at the grocery store, he'd have your undivided attention. Kudos!.

VAMPIR by John Reinhard Dizon

What an incredible story! Knowing that John Dizon writes in different genres, I wasn't sure where this story would fall. After finishing this great book, I still don't know. It's a great thriller and crime drama but with a vampire who is a direct descendant of Dracula. The story moves across two continents as an NYPD detective tries to prove his girlfriend's innocence in a strange murder with a missing body. This book is a real page turner, and John Dizon has proved once again that he is the master of suspense.
