One month into launch for The Governess--Today!

I've been so happy this month having shared The Governess with you all, and seeing that it has been received so well.  It's been such a scary thing for me to do.  I truly didn't know if I could do it.  I've said before that writing and then sharing it, for me, is like dancing naked in the street and asking people to watch.  Not very comfortable.  I feel that naked!  Yikes!  (And not a pretty sight...)  But I'm so grateful that you have received it so well.  Thank you!

I usually am not a fan of romance novels but I love this one! I couldn't put it down, I just had to know what was going to happen! I  also love that there is no bad language, no inappropriate jokes, and no R rated  scenes. I also didn't know what was going to happen next like in most romance  novels I've read. I can't wait for the rest of the series!!

As a lover of enthralling books, I can honestly say I absolutely loved The  Governess, cover to cover. The writing was so well done that it seemed to require very little imagination to see the story unfold. I loved that it was  clean and wholesome without forgoing the romance. Ellise is a very gifted  writer! I can't wait for the next governess novels to come!

Your  imagination, ability to captivate us with your interesting characters and the vast range of their emotions, thoughts, actions and reactions is the work of  a very seasoned writer. Thank you for showing us God and the trust we can give  him if we so choose.

Feedback can be so inspiring to an author simply because we then know that what we are writing makes sense, let alone may have some worth.  So thank you!  I've just counted up all the sales of my book that I can find to count and came up with a grand total of 1,149 books in one month!  Wow!  Now I only wish that I had been able to publish sooner!  I honestly don't know if this number is a good one for a beginner author, however, I'm thrilled!  Haven't seen a penny yet, but I'm told to that next month is the month.  :)

Just looking over my cover and interior for Volume Two!

Plans are on schedule for Volume Two of The Governess to be released this month.  Today, I've enjoyed some final touchups on Createspace; working on the cover, the interior, etc.  It'll most likely be released this time next week.  Let's hope! :)
