Book 2!!

just started writing the second book in this series... I'm looking forward to finding out what is going on with Devon?? Whats his "mysterious" past all about?? Will he get it all straighten out so that he can be with Sabrina?? Will Gideon LET Devon be with Sabrina?? This angel is a LITTLE territorial... But I bet if this is what Sabrina really wants Gideon will move out of the way...

I"m Blogging!!

Ok I have had a ton people tell me that I MUST blog, I don't even really know what this blogging thing is all about! LOL But apparently it's very important so here I go!! I just released my first novel, and sales have been slow but steady I sell a book a day sometimes more. But its hard to be patient! I posted on my FB page that I know with all my heart this is a God inspired book, and that the ones that have read it that know me would verify that fact, because they know I am not that smart! I know it will bless a lot of people because it blessed me as I was writing it. The Lord revealed things to me that I have never even thought about before, and by the time the book was done I had a closer more intimate relationship with Him. I would tell people that I needed to video myself writing this book because there were scenes and different things that would happen in the storyline that would leave me with my mouth hanging open! LOL! I may be typing but I'm following His direction so when someone would ask what was going to happen next with a certain character, I would always tell them I didn't know! I was just as eager to sit down and write to find out what was going to happen as they were! I have 2 more books in this series and frankly I have no idea what all is going to take place in them! When I first started writing I knew my goal was going to be 80k words or more to be considered a novel, I thought no way I am going to be able to come up with enough stuff to fill that quota! But you know what? I shot right past it! I ended up with 85,700+ words!LOL! Any time I would sit down to write the words just flowed out of me, I never had to stop and wonder what to write next! My biggest problem was trying to keep up with the flow of dialog that would have me skipping words and having to go back and find them! The Lord either needs to make me type faster and more accurately or slow down in the delivery!! :) My most sincere prayer is that everyone that reads this book will fall in love with Jesus, and have the wonderful relationship that I have known since I was in the third grade. I don't even know if anyone will read this post but let me just say that the people and events that I wrote about in my book are fiction, but the God I write about is very real. Just like He helped and ministered to the characters in the book He wants to do the same for you...ok I am done for now...til I write again remember KWWJ..Keep walking with Jesus!!
