Happy People Live Here

Linda couldn’t stop her favorite television shows ending. She couldn’t stop them, no matter how many letters she wrote. But like the rapacious child, hiding sticks of candy under the cushions of the sofa or the child’s mother, hiding all of her compromises, under a waxing smile and drab apparel, Linda too, kept things that were important to her, hidden somewhere where even she would forget about them.

Happy People Live Here

Korine’s birth was about choice, it was about how little she had and how insignificant she was, as just a woman and worse still, as just a worried mother, besieged by her climatic emotions.

Happy People Live Here

At four a.m., he left the movie he was watching and went into the office where he read some emails, checked on ] the weather and masturbated several times to pornographic videos, while he waited for other pages to load. And then, when he had finished on the computer, he re-arranged the bookshelf according to the size of each book and the thickness of the printed pages

Alex and The Gruff (a tale of horror)

This is the tale of a polite and well-mannered boy named Alex who; after being abducted by a pedophile, develops an incredible bond with an angry and foul mouthed doll called The Gruff who teaches young Alex how to find his voice.

When Alex wakes bound in a wooden coffin to manic cursing and abusing, he finds something he’d never imagined having, a true friend.

In the days that follow, a small oddly tempered doll called The Gruff will teach Alex how to say no, how to sharpen his claws and how to kill a man.

And a triangle of deception will leave Alex wondering who the real victim is.

Based on real events and explores the philosophical theme of the effect of the domestication of children through mannerly learning and poses the premise that 'politeness is the discipline of abuse'.

**Paperback copies will be available soon. Though the ebooks are free, it's in your hands to show our support for independant artists and support the author by buying a print copy of this wonderfully cautionary tale, commonly described as being - unsettling.

What a delightful sensation !

On Raising Victims

"An infant never learns to sooth themselves to sleep. They learn, abadoned in seclusion, that no matter the volume of their despondence, no matter the force in their tears, when they are alone and frightened, no-one will ever come to their rescue. The infant does not soothe iself. He or she merely surrenders. And it is in the home with their mothers and fathers where the infant learns, in the face of their monsters, to remain silent and submitting "

Writing / C.SeanMcGee Update

Good Morning Stalkers,

Some updates regarding C.SeanMcGee

Writing is finally flowing on the newest piece 'Happy People Live Here' , a horribly depressing work of miserable and sapping fiction.

Battling his own demons, C.SeanMcGee has returned to writing, inspired by the music of Steven Wilson, Gazpacho, Shining (nor) and Sordal.

There is no current date set for release. C.SeanMcGee has made it clear that 2014 will be his evolution and will not be releasing a mountain of books as he did in 2013.

Less is more as they say. We'll see. From what we have read on this end, it looks as if he has tapped wonderfully into the insanity of everyday doldrum and ordinary people.

He also promises a journey into the exestential surreal in the release following Happy People Live Here, but more of that when we are made aware.

Meetings have been brief with the author as he undertakes treatment and continues his writing in seclusion.

Remember, you can order your paperback copies of The Free Art Collection from Amazon now. Follow the post below to access links and discount codes. Be as generous as you want and apply whichever disocunt you see fitting. We recommend doing your bit to support the artist and his vision, to continue allowing us to peer inside. Digital verisons (epub, mobi, deluxe pdf) are free and will always be so.

For now, we have been asked to offer a portal to the author's thoughts via the music that guides him into his dark place.

A Rising Fall Review

christine hooker - Plodding through depression 2 Stars

If you suffer from depression do not read [A Rising Fall] by [C.Sean Mcgee]. It was a confusing jumble of turmoil and has made me miserable as I read it. Yet the end left me wondering what happens.

Download free ebook here and feel a little worse for doing so.
