THROWBACK THURSDAY--FURY UNLEASHED
The idea for this book came from a line in a Five Finger Death Punch Song--"Wrong Side of Heaven." The line goes: I'm on the wrong side of heaven but the righteous side of hell. I immediately had the image of a fallen angel and Maccus Fury came to life.
I can't tell you how much I love him and the other members of the Forgotten Brotherhood. It was a labor or blood, sweat, and many tears writing these books.

Tuesday Teaser--Taming the White Wolf
Here's a teaser from my latest release--TAMING THE WHITE WOLF.
TEASER:
Stuffing her phone in her bag, she stepped off thesidewalk. A horn blared. Tires squealed. A heavy hand landed on her shoulderand yanked her back. The deli bag slipped from her hand and dropped to theground. Off balance, she would’ve ended up on her ass except she rammed intosomeone.
What thehell! Heart pounding, mouth dry, she trembled.
“Watch where you’re walking, lady,” the driver yelled,speeding away. Stunned, all she could do was blink. It had happened so fast.
“You okay?” The voice was impossibly deep and vibratedin the very marrow of her bones.
Tilting her head back, she stared up and up. Holy cow,he was one of the biggest men she’d ever seen, and every inch of it was prime.The black T-shirt he wore stretched across an acre of shoulders and clung torock-hard abs. At a loss for words, she catalogued his features. He wasn’thandsome. That was far too tame a word. Primal sprang to mind. His face was allhard, sharp angles, his jaw stubborn. She curled her hands into fists to keepfrom reaching up to touch him to make sure he was real and not some figment ofher overactive imagination.
Maybe I’mdead and this is heaven?

Publishing Anniversary--19 Years!
Nineteen years ago, my first book was published byEllora's Cave. Since then, I’ve had 119 books published with a variety of publishers—Ellora’sCave, Samhain Publishing, Carina Press, Beyond the Page Publishing, The NaughtyLiterati, Entangled Publishing, Evernight Publishing, and a variety of indieanthologies.
(Some original covers and some reprint covers. Not all books are currently available.)
What a strange and wonderful ride it’s beensince that fateful day back in 2004. None of it would have been possiblewithout the amazing publishers and editors I’ve had the privilege to work with.I’ve learned so much and continue to grow and learn with each book I write.
A heartfelt thanks to everyone who has everypurchased and read one of my books. Because of you, it’s been possible for meto make a living as a writer. It’s been a gift to me. It’s impossible for youto know how much it’s meant and continues to mean to me.
Thank you to my fellow writers for yoursupport, kindness, and encouragement and for helping me spread the word about mybooks. (I suck at promo, so I really appreciate it.)
This is not an easy profession. There have beencountless ups and downs over the almost two decades—triumphs and tragedies, frustrationand satisfaction, laughter and tears.
