I couldn’t wait to receive my June InspireME Crate because I love how this box brings you a month’s worth of art lessons!
The box comes in a small parcel, and it has InspireME Crate’s logo on it. The box is high-quality, and it can be used to store your art tools in! I love boxes that I can reuse and not just throw away, so that is one of the perks of InspireME Crate.
Upon opening the box, you can see how the lid has a note about the box on it! The items are also wrapped in tissue paper and paper shreds. I love the care that goes into this box, and it does not look mass produced. I am all about that small business feel, so InspireME Crate never disappoints!

The first art tool included is an Ohuhu Art Marker! These markers are perfect for coloring or highlighting, and they are artist grade. The next items are a couple of Prismacolor art pencils! Prismacolor pencils are my favorite colored pencils to work with, so I always enjoy receiving more for my collection. These colors blend so well, and they last for quite a long time. They are a must for artists. These are also on super sale on Amazon right now, so pick up a set if you are in need of some awesome colored pencils!

The next tool is a Tombow brush marker! I love these as well, and I actually have every set of them available. They come with a fine tip as well as a brush tip, and they are perfect for doing watercolor techniques. I like using them with colored pencils to create deeper pictures. Tombow markers are on a great sale on Amazon right now as well!

The last tool is a Tombow Mono Drafting Pencil! These pencils are high-grade artist pencils that are perfect for sketching. I love the high quality of the lead, and how sturdy it is. I highly recommend them for sketching because of the high definition that they bring.

Final Thought: I LOVE how much work the InspireME Crate owners put into the box! They hand-create each box by inventing exclusive booklets with different art projects each month, while also bringing you high-quality artist tools. This box is cheaper than paying for art classes, and it provides you with hours of entertainment. InspireME Crate is perfect for artists of all levels, and I love how much it has helped me advance my art skills! As a professionally educated artist, I cannot recommend InspireME Crate enough.

Book Review: A Beautiful Kind of Hope by Cathy Johns

Review:
A Beautiful Kind of Hope by Cathy Johns is an unusual romance between a billionaire and a stripper. Based on the synopsis, I was afraid that this romance would end up being shallow based on the cliche romance. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the depth of the relationship that Johns presented. Her characters are deep, and I simply fell in love with Hope and Taylor.
Johns writes with a unique voice. A Beautiful Kind of Hope is split into chapters that change perspectives between Hope and Taylor, which suits the story well. Even though the novel is a slow burner and tends to be over written, Hope kept me reading. The strength of Hope’s character was admirable, and I rooted for her to find true love. Strong female characters in romance are my guilty pleasure, and I enjoyed Johns giving Hope such a unique perspective. Characters who are strippers tend to be labeled as strippers and nothing more, but Johns turned that stereotype on its head.
However, I did have to give A Beautiful Kind of Hope 3 out of 5 stars. The writing tended to be long winded, and this detracted from my reading enjoyment. There were areas of the novel that seemed to be packed with filler, and I did not find them necessary. But the beautiful romance of Hope and Taylor kept me locked in.
A Beautiful Kind of Hope is a unique romance that takes a typical stereotype and turns it into something new. I enjoyed finding out more about Hope and Taylor as they fell in love, as well as their separate lives. Johns knows how to write strong characters that jump off the page, and her voice is a treat for romance lovers.

Can first loves become second loves even with secrets?
Review:
Martha Sweeney knows how to capture the warmth of romance in the strands of her words. From the first page, I felt connected to Ivy and her southern family. The hot and heavy romance was paired with genuine storytelling, and I enjoyed how Sweeney focused on the development of the characters. Many times I find that romance authors focus too much on the romantic scenes and not enough with character development. However, Sweeney broke the mold with Hot Georgia Rein.
Ivy and Henry represent a romantic couple that is all too familiar – the estranged couple who have separated but are still hung up on the past. The tension between them guided the story, and it presented a beautiful sadness too. Having gone through a similar circumstance, I felt connected to Ivy and Henry’s relationship. I couldn’t help but root for them throughout the book, and I felt bonded to their personalities. Sweeney’s writing is fast moving and void of filler, which had me on the edge of my seat. I am a sucker for painful romances paired with a southern flair, and Sweeney completely won me over.
The only reason I didn’t give Hot Georgia Rein 5 out of 5 stars is that I found some of the scenes to be a bit corny. The relationship between Ivy’s parents was too romantic in my opinion, even though their romance was important to the story. I think that their scenes could have been toned down a bit, and the effect of the novel would not change. However, these scenes didn’t detract me from enjoying my reading experience, and I am sure that hardcore romance readers will enjoy them.
Hot Georgia Rein is a saucy southern romance with a twinge of irresistible sadness, and Sweeney kept me thoroughly entertained throughout her book. I look forward to reading her other work! If you are a romance fan, Sweeney is not an author to miss.
