The Storm – Find something calming and beautiful

This winter, we’ve seen massive amounts of snow in Southwest Colorado, and this past week brought a storm with dangerously high winds and many more inches of snow. I must admit that my heart pounds a little faster, and my stress levels rise when I see my horses in conditions shared in the below clip of Corazon walking through the storm.   Yet they stand with resilience, listen deeply to their inner wisdom, and when the sun finally comes out, they take a nap.   This week my horses remind us to stand with strength and calm during a storm.
