We’re given the choice, in this funny little life of ours, to be the shadow, or the shine. It’s ok to love the deep dark places in ourselves, to explore their murky depths and hear our own voice back, a haunted echo, it’s ok. But. Be the shine. Always be the shine, and give out your light and warmth like pennies in the offering bowl of everyone you meet. You can be the shadow, or you can be the shine…Be the shine.

Hello mate. Sorry I’m late. Hope all is great. Sometimes it’s poems I create. This was Typewriter Series #108. It must be fate that right out of the gate and without any hate my heart took the bait on that unknown date to lessen the weight on my brain crate and abate my plate. It may seem innate after such a wait to gestate like an inmate magnate, and I know it’s not ornate, but maybe you’ll relate.

Today is the 6 years in a row donating our time and photography...
Today is the 6 years in a row donating our time and photography to one of our favorite causes, our local Head Start and Special Needs school. Every year we take photographs of all the families and print out family photos for all of them. Everyone deserves fun holiday photos and so many people go without. Why not shine a little light into their holiday too? You would be shocked how easy it is to do good. To spread light.
