A favor before I get into things…if you see this post, if you like it, drop a comment, I want to see if it helps things. Anyhow, I have noticed something, the Older I get, the less I need. The less I want. The less. I am heading for the less, and I find myself purging more than collecting, giving away more than asking. I like this. I want to end up with barely anything at all.

Had a chat with a rad little dude yesterday about Buddhism, and...
Had a chat with a rad little dude yesterday about Buddhism, and it was so wonderful seeing someone young diving into what I think is the most beautiful spirituality on the planet. What I spoke of, above all things, was kindness, of giving compassion, of patience and understanding. I believe this is why we are here, I believe tenderness in the face of all the reasons to be hard is the answer. I truly do. Swipe for the haiku :)

These are The Never Was, and I am going to be sharing them a lot...
These are The Never Was, and I am going to be sharing them a lot more on social media going forward. Poems that never finished, fragments of poetry, slivers of thoughts, seed lines that stayed seeds. So often I have fleeting thoughts that pop into my mind, but too much other noise to let them grow, and this is where I will put them from now on. Short little bursts of poetry that coulda been, but Never Was, and in that, became something anyway. The Never Was collection, I hope you dig them going forward.
