Life can be a really simple thing if you wish it to be. We complicate so many things unnecessarily, adding layers of nonsense we call unavoidable, making the same mistakes time and again as if there is no choice. We run scattered and lonely and subscribe to this cult of busy-ness and priority. Why? Slow down. Reduce. Breathe. There is more to life than grinding through.
