Adam is originally from Manchester but
has also lived in London, Melbourne,
Sydney, Queensland, the Channel Islands,
the Canary Islands, Nashville, and
Newcastle-upon-Tyne (he’s not very good at
staying still).

Adam has had over thirty jobs (he’s not a very
loyal employee either). Some of the things
he’s been paid to do are as follows: teaching
sport in kindergartens, serving sandwiches in
casinos, catching footballs, juggling bottles,
washing dishes, reviewing music, changing
nappies, and walking on stilts.

Common People Anthology

Jarvis Cocker’s encounter with the woman who wanted to live like common people was embellished in the song. It was Pulp fiction! But the stories in the Common People anthology (out now!) are all true. It features 32 great writers (and me) so check it out (if you want to).

Janell P Adam, I see you added many books about Lincoln. Did you see this documentary yet? I saw it and it's very well done from an HBO show called Living with Lincoln.

Rinn Hi Adam, thanks for adding me! I actually almost did start The Sisters Brothers the other day, but I have quite a few books to read first for review/blog tours. It's certainly high up on my list though =)
