Sarah Palin says no, will not run

PALIN NO!!

![]()
Sarah Palin will NOT be running for the 2012 Presidency
Listen to Mark Levin speaking with Sarah Palin on her decision
She is talking to Mark Levin now.
Matt Drudge just emailed Mark and said, "A sad day for America."
One of the things Sarah said is that she can be more effective without the shackles of being a candidate. I agree and look forward to her clear analysis and commentary and passion and purpose.
And maybe Herman Cain will choose her for Vice Presidential candidate. A dream ticket!
Beckham Baby Backlash
Beckham baby backlash
By Barbara CurtisIn July a high-profile birth brought out the Bah, humbug in certain Brits. Celebrities David and Victoria Beckham -- already proud parents of three sons -- gave birth to a daughter, Harper Seven. And while there were undoubtedly many fourth, fifth or sixth babies born to families across the globe that day, a few know-it-alls went out of their way to infuse the otherwise happy event with blame and shame, much as Maleficent crashed the party to curse the baby princess known as Sleeping Beauty.
In The Guardian article titled "Beckhams a 'bad example' for families: With a fourth child, the couple have joined the ranks of the irresponsible, population experts say," Tracy McVeigh frames the case against the Beckhams and the large family cohort they now unintentionally have come to represent. McVeigh cites Simon Ross, chief executive of Optimum Population Trust, who is calling for the government to limit child benefits and tax credits to only two children per family:
"That would send a clear signal that the government will support sustainable families, but after that you are on your own ... . We need to change the incentives to make the environmental case that one or two children are fine but three or four are just being selfish."
In a world where celebrities drive trends, the Beckhams have become dangerous, especially because despite their devotion to fashion, David and Victoria have always seemed like doting parents, taking their children everywhere they go. In fact, Victoria appeared in September at New York Fashion Week protectively cradling 2-month-old Harper, who was promptly dubbed "the newest fashion accessory." See what I mean about sparking trends?

Anderson Cooper hypocrisy on bullying

CNN, Facebook, Cartoon Network and Time Inc. Team Up for
Anti-Bullying EffortsAnderson Cooper
360° Town Hall "Bullying: It Stops Here" to air October 9AC360
week-long series begins October10
What kind of posturing is this? Seizing a "sensitive issue" to drive up his ratings? Is this journalism? Was calling Tea Party activists "tea baggers" journalism?
Wasn't it bullying?
It's hard to talk when you're tea bagging
Of course, since we're not as perverse as Anderson Cooper, most Tea Party activists had to look up what "tea bagging" meant (thanks for adding that to our cultural heritage, Mr. Cooper).
The fact is that Anderson Cooper has never been called to account for this act of bullying. And the fact remains that Anderson Cooper is one of the worst bullies there is - using his TV platform to smear fellow Americans - people like you and me - with disgusting sexual slurs.
I wrote Anderson Cooper and his producers:
I don't pay any attention to Anderson Cooper since he smeared Tea Party activists as "tea baggers" - a sexual slur - on national TV.
When he apologizes for this type of bullying, I'll pay attention to what he says. Otherwise, he's just posturing.
Cooper is a Bully Extraordinaire - using his TV time to bully those he doesn't agree with. And those of you who sponsor him are equally hypocritical.

Obama and Catholic traitors
Obama has surrounded himself with "Catholics" who are CINOs - Catholic in Name Only - and this strategy may have caused confusion about what Catholicism stands for.
The fact is, church teaching is consistently pro-family and pro-life. Those who betray church teachings are traitors and should be condemned for their role in misleading fellow Catholics as well as misrepresenting the Gospel:

Nearly $500K to send Michelle, family to Africa
byMark Tapscott Editorial Page Editor

Lady Michelle Obama's June 21-27 trip to Africa cost taxpayers nearly
half-a-million dollars, according to official documents obtained by
Judicial Watch. AP PhotosHow much does it cost taxpayers
to fly First Lady Michelle Obama, her two daughters and her mother, a
niece and a nephew, a hairstylist and makeup artists to South Africa and
Botswana to give a few speeches, meet Nelson Mandela, and enjoy a
safari on a private game preserve?Nearly half a million dollars, according to documents obtained by
Judicial Watch via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) concerning
Obama's June 21-27 journey.Judicial Watch said the U.S. Air Force provided a C-32 - a Boeing 757
modified by the military for the purpose of flying big-wigs around the
world - to fly the First Lady and her entourage to and from Africa, at a
cost of $424,142. Another $928.44 was listed as the cost of providing
192 meals for the 21 people who made the tripThe Obama daughters were listed on the manifest as "senior staff."
"This trip was as much an opportunity for the Obama family to go on a
safari as it was a trip to conduct government business," said Judicial
Watch President Tom Fitton. "This junket wasted tax dollars and the
resources of our overextended military. No wonder we had to sue to pry
loose this information."The documents made public by Judicial Watch do not include the total
of all costs for the First Lady's trip, such as expenses for security,
transportation on the ground and so forth. For more information, go here.

Black Conservatism rising
Despite the propaganda with which the MSM bombards us, black Americans are a diverse lot, with opinions ranging from liberal to conservative - just like whites. It is ludicrous to suppose that blacks should all think alike, just as it is ludicrous for conservative blacks to be ridiculed and belittled for speaking up for their beliefs.
C. L. Bryant was once head of the NAACP and he is a proud conservative. Expect to hear more from him in days to come as the Black Conservative Movement in America is Rising:

Obama crushing Catholic colleges
Will Obama Destroy Franciscan University of Steubenville?
[image error]By Ken BlackwellSeptember 30, 2011
Daniel
Webster was the most famous lawyer of his day. In 1819, the "Godlike
Daniel" stood before the U.S. Supreme Court and argued passionately for
the right of Dartmouth College to govern itself, and not to be brought
under the rule of the New Hampshire legislature.Webster appealed to the Constitution, arguing that New Hampshire's
actions would violate that provision that forbade states to "impair the
obligations of contract." But the emotional power of his argument caught
the attention of Chief Justice John Marshall, Justice Joseph Story, and
in truth, captured the hearts of the country.Richard N. Current gives us a gripping description of Daniel
Webster's defense of Dartmouth College in a 1963 American Heritage
article. "Sir, you may destroy this little institution. It is weak. It
is in your hands! I know it is one of the lesser lights in the literary
horizon of the country. You may put it out. But if you do so, you must
carry through your work. You must extinguish, one after another, all
those great lights of science which, for more than a century, have
thrown their radiance over our land. It is, Sir, as I have said, a small
college, and yet, there are those who love it. ..."The Dartmouth College case became one of the pillars of American
jurisprudence. And Webster's powerful appeal propelled him to a
brilliant career in the U.S. Senate. The Supreme Court that year ruled in favor of Dartmouth College. It
recognized not only the supremacy of the Constitution, but it showed
that it valued the signal role played by colleges and universities in
American life. The Obama administration is showing it values that role not at all.
It is attempting to crush The Franciscan University of Steubenville in
Ohio. Mr. Obama's HHS Secretary, Kathleen Sebelius, is trying to force
Steubenville to dispense abortion-producing drugs and pay for
sterilizations. This is a Roman Catholic institution. Such things are
strictly proscribed by the Catholic faith.Secretary Sebelius may be aware that Catholic institutions are
required by faith and fidelity to their mission to uphold these
principles. It is an indispensable part of their mission and their
reason for being. To force a Catholic institution to violate the
consciences of its faculty, students and alumni in this fashion is like
forcing a Yeshiva to serve pork to Orthodox Jewish students. This attempt to crush The Franciscan University of Steubenville is,
tragically, not an isolated example. From the first days of the Obama
administration, there has been a kulturkampf (culture clash) against
Catholic institutions not seen since the days of the Iron Chancellor of
Germany, Otto von Bismarck. It was Bismarck who attempted to put all
churches and universities in Prussia under his hobnailed boot.Read more at CNSNews

Domestic Tranquility
Mommy Matters

Remember
way back when you needed things just right before you could fall
asleep? My, how our lives as mommies have changed. Napping is just
part of multi-tasking - we're grateful for even five minutes while the
kids tear the house apart.
And for the record - anyone who
pretends motherhood is one beautiful Mary Cassatt painting after another
isn't worth your time. Yes, those images touch the tender spaces of
our hearts, but still we have to keep it real. Keep looking for
authenticity and love - you need both to keep going.
Our
kids have now been back in school - at home or where we've felt led to
send them - for a few weeks. Many of us have become engaged politically
in a way we never expected when we first started our families. We've
faced up to the fact that domestic tranquility means more than just what
is going on in our homes, but what is going on in our country. We're
ratcheting up our capacity to make a difference - and the power
for change is coming in large part from moms using social media to
spread news ignored or spun by media intent on keeping the status quo.
After years of being relegated to "just a mother," we're gaining a sense of how important mothers really are.
So
much to be done! Like Moses, we may answer God's call by listing our
inadequacies, yet He beckons us on into His glorious plans for each of
our lives. You need never fear that He is asking too much. Remember
always that God doesn't call the equipped - He equips the called.
Work hard, but take care of yourselves - even if it's five minutes of couch time.
Coat flip - she can do it herself!

Your children will be so happy when you teach them how to do it themselves!

My fellow parenting pilgrims:
This
time last year, we were just starting to organize for some REAL hope
and change, with no idea how the November elections would shake the
Liberal Establishment and finally begin to turn the ship around.
But
that was only the beginning. Momentum has continued to build as the
grassroots movement of the people, by the people and for the people -
otherwise known as the Tea Party - has risen above the media lies and
growing numbers understand what it is all about.
Please be sure
you are registered to vote at your current address and that you have
the proper ID. If you have children who have had their 18th birthday,
make sure they are registered too. College students should request
absentee ballots.
Every vote counts!
Please know that I pray for you daily. And I hope you will pray for me.
Enjoy
the transition we will be going through together as summer turns to
fall. Get outdoors and enjoy your children. Make a joyful noise!
