Cousins Two Countdown: Day Six
I spent most of today frustrated. I admit that a lot of that is my fault. I’m a control freak. So needless to say I drove myself crazy with preparations for the Cousins Two release. Hopefully things will look better tomorrow. I should have a preorder link by then. I should have figured out how to fix my manuscript for the print edition of my book. Note to self…consider outsourcing next book release:)

Cousins Two Countdown: Day Seven!
Seven more days until Cousins Two! Eeeepppp!!! I’m so excited. The final edits have been made to the manuscript. The ARCs are going out tomorrow. The preorder link will be up soon.
I have to admit, I kind of wish I had made this an “ongoing” series. I am totally in love with Roman and Elizabeth as a couple the more I write. But you don’t know what you don’t know. How was I suppose to know I was going to feel this way? LOL! Plus, I promised you guys that it would be a two book series and I wanted to keep my word. I know how it feels when an author changes her mind about a series when you had it all set in your head that you were about to get your HEA. I hate it!
BUT having said that, if you guys read and enjoy book two and adamantly feel that I could continue telling Roman and Elizabeth’s story, then by all means tell me that. If you feel I’ve ended it well, then that’s fine too, and I’ll move on to the many other stories that I have planned to write for you all.

I know what I said the other day about doing all that I had to do to keep Elizabeth moaning my name yada, yada, yada; but truthfully I don’t know what the fuck I’m doing. Wait, scratch that. I know what the fuck I’m doing; I just don’t really understand why I’m doing it.
What’s my end game?
It was never my plan or intention to take Elizabeth out on a date.
Ever.
I don’t even go on dates. Who has time for that shit? And up until now it hasn’t been an issue. There are plenty of women out here who appreciate a good fuck, just like me and don’t want to be tied down. I find them all the time for the most part. Sure there may be a few clingy Carols every once in a while, but you’re bound to run into a few bad apples here and there.
So the fact that I’m sitting here plotting and planning a night out to woo my cousin is somewhat laughable. No let me rephrase that.
It’s insane.
We spent the greater part of today visiting all five of the spots Joseph (and I now) own in Philly, and we also called management of the two we own in Manhattan and the one in Miami.
I got brick fucking hard just watching Elizabeth get busy in her element. Inspecting the old ass desktops, asking the manager’s questions about the databases and them staring at her like she was speaking another language. It was all some very smarty pants, sexy shit. And it smelled very much like foreplay to me. If I thought she would have been down for it, I would have fucked her silly in every back room of every location we dropped by today.
Maybe I still will.

Look what came in the mail today:) Eeeeepppp!!! Day Two: Countdown To Cousins Release
It’s Day Two and I’m getting antsy. I really want to continue finishing up my writing of Book Two of Cousins, but I’m bubbling over with excitement over the release of Book One. What’s a girl to do? That’s when I came up with this great idea to throw myself a release party.
Cousins actually releases on Amazon on Saturday August 22, but I’ll be too wired to actually have fun on that day. So I’m holding the party on Monday which is my favorite day of the week. Call me nerdy, but I love Mondays. Fresh start to the week and all that:)
