It's approaching-- the dreaded "End-of-year madness." Part of the craziness involves selecting our favorite reads of the year.

As an indie (independent) author, I am especially eager to follow any of the indie contests-- always hoping to see one of my books pop up.

I also have a Facebook group called Author Coffee Break for authors, editors, cover designers, swag gurus, etc, to share industry tips, trends, and information (this is not a self promotion site as a rule, but for contests and open submissions, I have threads started, so authors and other industry professionals can add personal info to those threads (ONLY, all new threads will be deleted).
