Heart You
[image error]Set to release in April 2013.
Description coming soon.
Excerpt:
I watched her reach for the two Kiss Me candy hearts and clasp them between her dainty fingers. Seductively, she brought one to her mouth and placed it carefully between her teeth so the heart was upright and the words faced out.
My heart thundered in my chest as I watched her turn slightly in my direction and advance closer to me with the candy heart still clasped between her teeth. She placed her hand on my bare thigh and leaned forward, offering her lips and the sweet candy heart to me.
Unhurriedly, our lips melded together in an explorative kiss. Kara gently pushed her tongue into my mouth, allowing the sweetness of the candy to flow onto my taste buds. Our tongues met and tangled together. My eyes fluttered shut as I brought my fingers up to her face and cradled her cheek and jaw in my hand.
I felt Kara’s hands firmly grasp both of my bare thighs as she deepened the kiss with passion and fire. Pushing her body further into our embrace, I opened my eyes for a moment so I could gauge her reaction.
Soft, closed eyelids with long, beautiful eyelashes stared back at me. An indulgent moan escaped my chest at the sight of her so close and full of passion.
Reluctantly, Kara pulled away just long enough to bring the other heart candy to my lips. Placing it between my teeth with care, she trailed her fingertip along my bottom lip before grasping gently at my chin and closing the distance from her mouth to mine once more.
Another spark of energy ignited as our lips met again. Sharing the second candy heart, our tongues tangled together in a heated twist of lust.
This was my first time kissing a girl and I already liked it so much better than kissing a guy. Her lips were silky-soft and her touch was tender and adoring. There was no battle for control or fumbling of tongues. The kiss was perfect in every way. It was like we were meant to meld our lips together.

Truths of the Soul
Synopsis:
Some people view mind-reading as the evolutionary providence of humankind. Of course, “some people” are usually not telepathic, yet they still seem to think they understand everything about the paranormal phenomenon that is a part of Ella and Jonah.
Lavendine becomes a place where Jonah’s dreams suddenly become all too real and, together, they seek to find the Truths behind their enigmatic connection.
Excerpt:
“I don’t want to ruin it,” she said with a little bit of humor in her tone.
“Oh, hell. You won’t ruin it. And if you do, it’s just clay. Dive in, Ella. I’m right here.”
My light humor was awarded with a trickle of laughter from her lips. The sound of her happiness warmed my insides and made me feel complete.
Determination in her gaze, she licked her luscious lips, and braced herself. Dipping her sponge into the water bowl, she then began gliding her dainty fingers along the silky white clay, pulling the sides up like a professional.
“Did you pretend to need my help just so I would stay here with you?” I said jokingly. Her eyes didn’t leave her fingers as she grinned and bit that sexy lip of hers again. I had to close my eyes and take a deep breath, calming myself and my raging guy hormones. She was going to be the end of me.
“I’d like to make this into more of a bottle shape. Is that possible at this point?” she asked sweetly.
“Of course. Take your hands like this and act like you’re wringing its neck,” I said as I lightly guided her hands in the position to bring in the neck of the bottle. Her hands were so soft, especially with the wet porcelain slip gliding through her fingers.
“Now, you don’t want to make it too narrow, because we need some room to bring in the throwing stick,” I explained as I reached over to the community tool barrel and grabbed a throwing stick tool used for throwing bottles.
Once we were pretty much complete with our shape, she brought one of her fingers up and quickly dabbed my nose with wet clay, then honored me with that beautiful laugh of hers.
“Oh, we’re going to play like that, are we?” I chided as I quickly wiped some clay on her cheek. She lightly squealed and backed away to the point where I thought she might lean right off the back of the chair.
Without thinking, I reached around and caught her, placing my very messy, very wet hand dead center on her back, essentially mudding up her shirt.
“Oh, shit. I’m sorry, Ella. I just got clay all over your shirt,” I said as I held her. I was actually holding her and she still stayed solid within my grasp. I wanted to pull her against me and feel her soft body pressed against mine.
“It’s ok. I purposefully wore clothing that could get messy,” she said as she lightheartedly placed both her muddy hands on my chest, making perfect little handprints on the pecks of my t-shirt.
Both of us laughing, we held each other for several moments before finally breaking free and wiping the rest of our mess on the towel. I left her handprints on my shirt – a clear indication she actually touched me and was really and truly here.
As we were finishing up, she stared at our bottle, smiled, and said, “I should have you help me every time. This is beautiful.”
Looking her directly in the eyes, I boldly confessed, “I’d work with you anytime, lovely Ella.”

Excerpt:
Slowly, things started to change. The night sky still shone with brilliance as the stars twinkled overhead like crystalline tears, but the trees and branches no longer obstructed my view. I could feel a chill run through my body, but Jonah’s warmth next to me made it bearable.
The stars began to multiply and were shining so bright, the sky actually looked to be a deep midnight blue. I could even see the misty flow of the Milky Way. Just below the swath of stars was Jupiter, shining radiantly. The fields of stars were so brilliant and plentiful, I could have swore we were floating through space. Nothing else around us but the dazzling stars, like tiny little holes in the floor of heaven.
“Come on, Ella. Let’s stand up,” Jonah said as he knelt beside me with an outstretched hand.
As I stood, I somehow knew where we were. Not because Jonah told me, but because he knew. His thoughts were not separate from mine. Our thoughts were one, together, up at the top of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. The snow-capped mountaintop summit is one of the most popular places in the world to gaze at the stars.
We took several moments to take in what was quite possibly the most dramatic and stimulating scenery I have ever experienced. Stargazing at the heavens, I could see from Polaris to the Southern Cross, along with all the planets and constellations I have learned to identify over the years.
“Isn’t it breathtaking?” Jonah asked, as he held onto me tight and stared up at the starlit sky.
Looking at him, I could see the reflection of stars in his eyes, like diamonds dripping from the universe and winking at me through this beautiful man.
Eyes of the Soul
Eyes of the Soul is short story #2 in the Soul Seers Series and is set to release at the end of March 2013.
Synopsis:
Jonah has never experienced a woman more stunning than the beauty that haunted his dreams. Although his dreams had every feeling of reality, he woke up every morning with the stark realization that those Amethyst eyes were only a figment of his imagination. Yet he still couldn’t seem to get her stare out of his mind.
Making his way through life, Jonah’s love of art became his outlet. His talents proved to be the only way to recreate his dreams. Her beauty was his constant. Even though he didn’t know her name, he was determined that one day he would find her.
Excerpt:
She was breathtakingly beautiful, which never surprised me but still had me gasping for air. Golden blond curls sprang around her face as she smiled while riding a sleek, brown horse through a thicket of trees. The muscles of the horse tensed and flexed beneath her as she maneuvered the animal with affluence, causing its brown coat to shimmer in the moonlight. She guided the horse along the path with power and ease. Her splendor knows no bounds. What I wouldn’t give to be the one to put that smile on her face.
As much as I tried not to be the typical hungry male, I couldn’t help but notice her large, perfect breasts beneath the tank top she wore as they lightly sprang with the rhythm of her riding. Her heart-shaped backside in her tight jeans glided effortlessly against the saddle, bouncing in sync with the horse’s gait. Her taught legs hugged around the belly of the beautiful creature, controlling each and every move and holding on as if the horse was her life raft.
Wispy, amber waves danced behind her as the wind caught the locks. With grace and precision, she commanded the horse to stop, allowing the creature a moment to prance around before finally coming to a halt and settling into a powerful stance. When she turned her head to look at me, several curls wrapped around her face, causing her to flip her head back before looking back into my direction again.
My vision quickly zoomed in to view her striking amethyst eyes. The shimmering purple irises delved into my soul, learning every secret, knowing every thought. Her eyes smiled and beckoned me to follow as she turned and urged the horse to trot forward again. I didn’t have a choice. Nor did I hesitate as I trailed behind her, unexpectedly on a horse of my own. I would follow her anywhere.
